I've stayed at several Conrad Hotels and they never dissappoint. The service, cleanliness, and value are always excellent. I will always check Conrad availability, when possible.

Valet parking rate is $51 per night, which is a little ridiculous. I don't care what city it's in, that's way too high. $40 should be max.

great service. very clean room and comfortable bed. Neat little roof top terrace. Free drinking bottle water.

Only one out of the three elevators was working. Expected a bit more for the price of the breakfast.

I felt the staff went out of their way to be helpful, polite, and very hospitable. The hotel is really beautiful and well-maintained.

Location, Clean place and nice interiors.

The room that was assigned to us has an annoying vibrations and shaking sounds that kept coming all night long from bed side wall. When we slept on the pillow we felt a vibration through our heads coming from the wall and bed the frame kept making vibration sounds. This was very annoying and it kept us awake until 2:30 A.M. I called the reception and complained, they refused moving us to another room in a very firm language and they said that the only thing that could be done is to send an engineer to check it because hotel is full! The engineer arrived and was nice, however, he could not stop this vibration, and his solution was to pull the bed away from wall which stopped bed vibrations but the sound kept coming all night. It seemed that the sound came from an a/c machine that cools the floor corridor. We woke up late due to the bad night and requested late check out but the reception refused, after an argument with them they accepted with a very not friendly tone. To be fair the hotel in general was decent, clean and has a good location. However, staff did not address our problem properly and treated us in a very inconsiderate way. I will not go back to it again, however, if you are going make sure they do not give you a similar room, rooms that are beside floor service room or machines room. If it helps, our room number was 912.

Very helpful staff especially as pertained to the room and were quick to assist. Also the little extras like shoe polishing, a 24hr gym and complimentary morning coffee (especially for very early conference go- ers). Location is excellent.

The dining options at the hotel are limited and for tired travellers, having a good on-site restaurant or cafe would be ideal.

Great location and the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel was most comfortable and helped to make our stay in Chicago memorable.

The hotel room smelled of mildew so that sleeping was difficult.

My husband & I spent 8 nights at the hotel - it was very clean - a large variety of good quality toiletries were provided & re-filled - tea/coffee maker was provided with good choices of coffee & tea shots - friendly receptionests especially Ron - all our requests were met - easy access to Michigan Avenue - quick response when fetching our car from valet parking - free high speed wi-fi We loved the hotel & felt at home there, we recommend it to others

- Valet parking is too expensive, costs 51 dollars a day, the close by self parking garage is also expensive costing 45 dollars a day

Quiet. Comfortable bed. Very attentive staff. Great location, near everything.

Very good location. Near public transportation, though a lot of attractions are within walking distance. Also, it is attached to an upscale shopping mall and there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

I don't travel with a laptop or other electronics other than a simple phone. It costs $5 dollars to use the internet for ten minutes. I didn't bother, there was a free one at a library a couple of blocks away. Seriously, this was cheesy for such a nice place.

Very comfortable bed, pillows and bedding.

Thought it was a little expensive for the accomodations.
