    The staff on site is wonderful. The property is clean and the room is spacious with a great view. The property has a great bar and restaurant. The location is in walking distance to Brickell's nightlife. I enjoyed my stay and would love to come back one day.

    Parking Garage is not wide enough.

    I liked everything, specially the upgrade. I´ve made a reservation in a luxury room (throu Boking.com) and, as the hotel had no room, it gave us (my husband and I) an upgrade to a suite. Excellent!!! everything inside the suite is perfect as well as the view of the city!

    Although the New York strip steak was excellent, it was also too expensive: $125 for two, including 2 cokes and tip!.

    Excellent Hotel. Nice size room, cleanliness was great too. Great location. Excellent food available for room service.

    The lift system is a bit unusual and can be tiresome, you have to go to the 25th floor to check in, in one lift and then take another lift to the residences.

    Location, modern, clean, helpful staff, spacious room.

    Lots of hidden costs mostly due to taxes not included in prices. Miami has very little, and very expensive parking.

    Classy hotel, as expected. Friendly, well-trained staff. Great breakfast spread.

    Paid internet access. I just think it's outdated charging for a core service. It is not discretionary, like a massage. The 21st Century equivalent of putting a shilling in the meter. Having said that, it was very fast and straightforward to use. It is worse sin for business hotels to have free and mediocre wifi.

    The room was very comfortable along with the front desk agents were very nice. The waiters at the Restrarnt were not attentive

    The staff at the bar and breakfast area did not attend to the tables very well. I reported that the maid In our room did not clean the room very well

    The staff were friendly and very helpful.

    The building has seen better days. Pressboard cabinets in the room are nicked. Pillows are impossible; once you lay your head on them, they are flat as pancakes. $15 a day for in-room wi-fi is ridiculous. Meals are seriously overpriced.

    The location

    The room was filthy. The bathroom was clean but the rest of the room was filthy. Unfortunately we couldn't sleep in the bathroom. Why I told the front desk they apologized and told me they were booked solid..... I believe I should receive a complimentary stay since even Hampton Inn gives the guest a cleaner room.

    The room, landscape, pool, so everything is fine.

    The information about schedule the tennis court, I had a problem, because I made by reception and the security came to question me I should have done at spa.

    Room was very good but near the elevator so the noise disrupted our rest

    There was awful room service. For instance, one day we left the room at 10 AM and returned at 4 PM, to find that the room was undone. The complimentary coffee and milk was not replaced three of the four days. Also, two of the four nights we tried to have a drink at the bar and the bar was closed to guests due to a convention that was occurring. In addition, there were three treadmill's and one was out of order. Lastly, on our check-out, there was an amount of $60 (breakfast we did not have) on our bill that we had to ask to remove. This totally unacceptable for the $350 value we paid.

    Loved the location, and mostly the staff! A special thanks to Anthony, Attiya, and Halle Berry! They provided me with everything I need in seconds! Anthony hooked me up with everything I needed with 2 or 3 calls, and I was truly impressed by the quickness of his service! Thanks a lot for making my stay a memorable, all 3 of you!

    Everything is perfect, except the fact that you have to switch elevators in the lobby to go up to the room. It can waste a bit of time when you are in a hurry, but other than that, excellent hotel!

    location is ok. its close to the metro so you can get around easily. getting to miami beach requires you to chance 2 transportations. metro and a bus. but the hotel is really close to the port if you are going on a cruise

    we got there real early, 7am, asked to get the room earlier but they didnt give out one until 2pm. such a big hotel surely had a room available immediately. bathroom was almost as big as the room.

    clean comfortable hotel

    i was billed for 5 nights when i stayed for 4. i was informed by booking.com that i would be billed for 4. my room had not been kept for me as i stayed in a smoking room but had requested non smoking
