Bathroom Was Very small

Location and excellent free coffee in the mornings.

Small bathrooms and insufficient elevators.

The location,staff as well as the quality of the hotel and room we stayed in.

The parking and it is still under renovation, cant wait until it is done.

The hotel offers a good value for money. Its location is just excellent, close to the Downtown and in a reasonable distance from Brickell and Miami Beach. A bus to Miami Beach stops just in the front of the hotel, on the other side of Biscayne Blvd. Free access to the Internet is another advantage. The Internet link is fairly fast and reliable. Furthermore, the hotel offers the best price for the room in the Downtown. The hotel restaurant is expensive (I paid $12 for two coffees), but there are two cheaper 7-11 shops close to the hotel (about $1.8 for a decent arabica). Hotel staff is quite friendly, and they are trying to do their best.

On the other hand, there is hardly no equipment in the room. Iron and the ironing board are not very useful for a traveler, and the room lacks for any equipment that could be useful for preparing coffee or tea. There is no fridge in the room. AC is very loud and in my room it stopped working soon. Bay-view windows do not open, and windows in the back rooms (back-left corner of the hotel) do open, but offer no view at all, there is even no street to take look at.

- 24$ for parking - no breakfast - no microwave oven in whole hotel - not friendly for families - horribly loud air condition - hightech price for location and clean bed only

Comfy bed

The website said they had baggage storage which we needed as we had to spend the day in Miami before heading out that evening. When we checked out and asked to leave our bags they couldn't help us and told us to try somewhere else. We were stuck with two massive suitcases and hand luggage to cart around Miami for the day- v disappointing!

Location is very good. The staff was friendly. The rooms were nice and I had a beautiful view from the room I had.

Bathrooms are small and certain fees I was not aware of until time of check in

Da localização e vista do quarto que era para o Bayside.

Recepção fria e o minúsculo banheiro onde vc se quer conseguia dobrar a perna para se secar.

Excelente ubicación, relación precio benefició.

Baño pequeño

Me gusto el diseno y las habitaciones.. la cama y el colchon fueron excelentes y comodisimo. Si van d compras recomiendo.buscar estacionamiento dos.cuadras.adentro para negociar una tarifa mejor en.formato in and out.

No había nevera en la habitacion

Estuve en plena remodelación en sep. 2012 fué algo difícil, ahora ya está mucho mejor, hay wifi, la televisión pantalla plana y el cable, restaurante, loby todo ésto no existía antes, valet parking, personal muy amable,

No existe ningún mueble con gavetas, en el closet hay 8 ganchos para colgar ropa y eso es todo, hay que buscar diariamente en las maletas la ropa interior que se usará, la ropa sucia hay que guardarla en las maletas al igual que las compras, primer hotel que visito en el que no existe ni una sola gaveta en toda la habitación

Mal servicio al check in, la hora de entrada es a las 16:00 y la mayor párate de la gente cuando va de placer llega antes del medio día por lo que esta regla te mata el día

Chegamos no hotel, o quarto que reservamos nao existia, colocaram nos em um quarto que o banheiro so cabia 1 pessoa, voltamos no segundo dia e ainda nao tinhamos o quarto, o gerente mal educado, me disse que se quisesse poderia mudar de hotel, saimos do hotel por 1 noite para irmos a key West e nao deixaram nos deixar a mala no hotel visto que voltariamos no outro dia, voltamos e novamente nosso quarto nao era o de canto, corner conforme nosso pagamento, demora para trazer o carro do vallet, devido a isso gostaria de ser ressarcido por danos morais por parte de voces.

во первых в брони было название одного отеля, приехали отель не нашли, так как сменил название никто не известил о смене названия. деньги естественно не вернули. заехали через пять дней в этот отель случайно, персонал пообещал разобраться сняли номер за 150 долларов, с карточки сняли 199. разобраться до сих пор невозможно. завтраки платно за 15 долларов на человека, есть нечего, ушли голодными. на ресепшен улыбаются, вежливы, но проблемы не решают. в номере невозможно спать, очень шумно работает кондиционер. в номере убирают плохо.

Por primera vez, en 50 años que llevo viajando y, pese a escoger la segunda habitación mas cara del hotel, no tenia ni un cajon ni un estante para poner camisas y ropa interior, las puse en el quicio de la ventana y el baño muy pequeño.

- Personnel super sympa (surclassement dans une grande chambre avec super vue + bouteille de vin en cadeau) - Grande chambre moderne, grand lit - Super vue - Proche de l'American Airlines Arena (Miami Heat)

- Pas de petit dèj inclu

Da limpeza do quarto.

O facto de o Hotel estar ainda em obras e so um elevador estar a funcionar o que atrasava muito.

Neu renoviert, tolle Lage, direkt gegenüber vom Marketplace mit Restaurants, schönes Zimmer mit toller Aussicht (14. Stock)

Teures Parken, schlecht zu finden, da renovierungsbedingt keine Schilder angebracht waren

el personal de recepción debería ser un poco mas amigable
