Shower was good.
Staff was impersonal. Beds were hard as a rock, pillows were flat and worn out. Continental, "Hot" breakfast sucked Staff didn't replenish food, when it was gone, tough luck.
Making copy of driver's licenses to keep for their record's. When they have your address and car information. I would not stay there again due to this. Thanks Shirley B.
Entire place was dirty. The matresses should have been replaced years ago. Carpet filthy and worn out. Bedding stained and disgusting. Operators spoke unintelligible English. I have been in better jails than this dump.
We did like the easy access to the area.
The bed were like sleeping on a stack of plywood and the pillows felt like the were a stack of cardboard. The staff was polite and efficient in the check in progress. After that they did not have knowledge of things around them. they weren't friendly or as inviting as most southerner's.
The location was good. Close to the track and pretty easy to navigate. We were very happy with the room. It was very clean except for a few spots on the carpet but we just wore our sandals. The bathroom was very clean as was the room in general. I like having a fridge and microwave in the room so that worked out well! It was cheap and a good place to sleep for the weekend.
I bring everything with me when I travel, a fan humidifier and my own coffee pot. Add in 2 phone chargers and we were unplugging the lights to plug in our stuff. No big deal but I think hotels in general need to add a power strip to their rooms. Or just bring your own I suppose.
Nothing. Demanded my money back and left after some stranger followed us & began pounding on our door.
Everything about this hotel was wrong. Needs to be shut down!!!
Location to highway. Access to food, gas
Poor quality room. Hot water in shower only lasted 10 min. Carpeting poor with stains. Old furniture. Rooms greatly need to be updated. Room felt damp & musty. Not a good value for the money spent
The heater in the room did not work and the bed was so hard we had to take a sleeping pill to get any rest. We ended up only staying one night, could not get a refund for the second one I paid for.
Only exit on to the street was very limited due to the traffic. Left turn wasn't possible at times.
easy in and easy out, staff was very accomidating...
Staff was nice
Bed was old, sheets were off color and worn, carpet was very worn.
Everything. We had a HORRIBLE stay there.
drugs and prostitues
Comfort plus affordable
Motel seemed clean for a budget motel
Very difficult to get in and out of parking lot from street. I picked this motel and paid a little more because of the breakfast and asked at check in what time breakfast ended, I was told 11:30, we came in at 11:00 to eat and was told it had ended at 9:30. Very disappointed since I had specifically asked at check in so not to miss it!
Rude front desk, ghetto location, drug dealers in and out all night, just a awful place to stay
It was clean and that was very important to me.
I did not like the area, it was a bus stop, the area looked very poor.
