Spotlessly clean hotel in a fairly decent location for visiting Greensboro. This hotel is great value for money.
It would be good if breakfast included a few more options, as it is limited to some processed pastries etc. Also it ends at 9am, which is too early for people who sleep in.
Noisy, smoky, bed ok.
Visting Son he is just 2 blocks away.
friendly and HVAC worked well
TV sound and loud talking in the room next to ours, up to 3:30 am and then commencing again at 5:30 am was a real problem. We couldn't sleep and were frequently awaken by the sound. Talked to front desk who explained that the noises room were long termers. He said he would talk to them but either he didn't or they didn't care.
Breakfast, should have had some bagels and Danish. And butter for the waffles. Other than that had a very nice stay. Thank You
Very reasonably priced and perfect location
Near by stores and restaurants
no exercise room
Recliner in room was nice for me. Good value room for business trip.
The breakfast is inadequate. Needs more choices.
Was pretty bummed there wasn't a pool. I booked on a website and when I called to confirm my reservation I asked the receptionist if we could use the discounted rate from the football tourney that was going on and she said yes but when we got down there I found out we weren't aloud and had to pay full price. Staff needs to be more knowledgeable of what's going on and what can and can not be used. Also the walls are way to thin....heard everything from Neighbors next door along with down the hall.
It was a good size room very comfortable beds and pillows room and bathroom was very clean
No microwave, a thicker comforter, my refrigerator didn't start getting cold till the day before I had to check out
Friendly staff. Clean hotel.
They don't have waffle maker.
The walls are paper thin, we were woken at 4.30 by the occupants in the next room having a loud conversation this went on till 5.30. I found a dead cockroach in the bathroom. Wouldn't stay here again and wouldn't recommend this hotel
The cleanliness and the willingness of staff to answer questions and help us find our way.
holes in the blanket on the bed.
easy access. Lots of restaurants in the area. Older hotel but recently updated. Good price. Staff very friendly. Wife has Celiac spreu so couldn't eat any of the provided breakfast items. The went out and bought some yoghurt just for her to have.
Bad Wi-Fi. I am IT and never could get it to connect. Low water pressure. Cable menu so slow it was unusable. All white flour breakfast optons, prepackaged foods. Waffles were toaster waffles. Not even any yoghurt.
Room was an excellent size
Sofa bed in room did not have linen.
The hotel seemed very new-all of the fixtures & furnishings were up to date & clean.
The walls were thin & you could easily hear other guests.
The staff was helpful and accommodating when I had questions or requests . The location was accessible to many restaurants and shopping in walking distance without crossing the highway.
The desk staff meet me quickly and was friendly even thiugh it was 12:30AM.
Thin walls with noisy quest next door. No coffee package in room (empty container) and trash left in bathroom.
The walls are paper thin and the breakfast was all carbs.
cleanliness of the rooms, excellent Wi-Fi, very good location to family, restaurants, gas stations, etc. good value for the money. the heater/ac was very good condition and kept us warm and cool when needed. furniture was sound and of good quality. beds were comfortable. staff were friendly and took time to help us without the feeling of being rushed.
restocking of items when we ran-out. for example the food items for breakfast and toilet paper in the rooms.
Location and Staff was great.
Shower was very slippery, needs non-slip mats in tub.
Nice room for the money
the breakfast bar was lacking
Very clean, friendly staff, I really enjoyed my stay!
