Enjoyed the stay very much. Staff is young, very attentive, helpful. Bed is the best I have ever had in a hotel. The location, directly across from the Village Voice building, was perfect for me as I was visiting in the area of noho. Bathroom provides nice bath plus very nice shower with slate floor. Don't know how it will hold up with time, but new the design is right. Doesn't appear to have any exercise or spa facility. Restaurant was not functioning- they said something about a new chef. For some reason the small lobby and entryway were quite cold (frigid weather) though everywhere else was fine. None of this was a problem for me this stay, but if I had been more hotel-centered it might have been. |

The staff were friendly and helpful and having the full facilities of the Health & Raquette Club just over the road is a definite plus! The breakfast facilities were poor, but extenuating circumstances were that the restaurant was being refurbished, so this criticism may not be entirely fair. |

The staff was very helpful and professional. I enjoyed the casual atmosphere and they made us feel at home. The restaurant and bar were closed during our stay. |

The hotel was in a great location and close to everything for Soho, village etc and staff were helpful If someone was in adjoining rooms and smoking, the smell pervaded through to my room, which was not good. |

Not much, the hotel is a great disapointment. Very strainge. Small room, no place to store personal items. Great mini bar, but it took up all the storage and draw area. I had to live out of my suite case instead of putting my personal things away. What a mess. |

Fantastic and brilliantr service from the guys at the door - friendly, courteous and really helpful. Concierge also helpful. Bathroom amenities not restocked every day.....apparently I can only use one tube of body lotion during my stay and one vanity kit..... |

The whole experience was great. The most comfortable beds, and service was very relaxed (not casual) - the design was very nice, interior and exterior. No - except would like to stay longer and wish I could afford it more often. |

Lovely hotel. Good location. Very comfortable. I highly recommend though not to families with young children. Though beautifully designed, room was quite small. Halls are very dark. |

Accomodating staff, welcome beverages, clean lines and fresh modern design. Great TV in room, comfortable bedding, exceptional bath. Our room was a bit small, but overall the hotel feels like a European boutique hotel. Great Location in lower Manhattan The rooms are a bit small. |

I only stayed one night, but was very impressed by what I saw. Welcoming host quickly checked me in and brought me to my room. The bathroom was very nice and I enjoyed the glass doors and steam function. Overall, I would recommend it. |

Service provided and the concern that the staff had that our experience at the hotel be an excellent one. Wine was thoughtfully provided when we arrived and were tired from our trip in from jfk. The rooms were modern, comfortable and the bathroom was a designers dream. Loved the entire experience! |

schickes Design von Zimmer und Bad, Toplage, komfortable Betten, sehr gute Ausstattung, coole Leute. An 2 Tagen war das WC im Zimmer verstopft. Es bedarfte 3-malige Bemerkungen bei der Rezeption, um das WC wieder völlig durchgängig zu bekommen. Für ein Hotel dieser (Preis)-Klasse nicht unbedingt eine Auszeichnung. |

Cooper 3 Zimmer hat für NY eine sehr gute Größe; wir waren im 19. Stock mit genialer Aussicht ins Village; die Lage ist bestens für zu Fuss ins Village und Soho und Nahe der U-Bahn für Upper Manhattan, zur Zeit ist gegenüber eine Baustelle, daher ein wenig Bauarbeitenlärm tagsüber ist aber nicht störend. |
