Requested a quiet room Near was near elevator
location of hotel
sheets and pillows
I asked for a quiet room far away from the elevator on a higher floor and received a comparatively noisy room next to the elevator. The main source of the noise seemed to be some kind of heating vent and a construction site.
great location, great food & room service.
the room rate changed between the moment of booking and actual travel time. air conditioning a little strong
Location very good
Paying to much for car parking
the location was perfect for shoppers
we had to pay 49 dollars a day to park car in car park, we had to pay for wi-fi for both children's room and our own room. we travelled from las vegas to boston on the 28th and with time diffrence we arrived early on the 29th and was charged for two room. My daugher had a bowl of cereal for bfast and they tried to charge me $18 and said it was a contanentail breakfast, one i stated that it was just cereal they then charged me $7.50
location, cleanliness, bed comfort, plenty of towels
Elevators were very strange set up, a long time to waite for an elevator , but could have been due to max capacity at hotel on NYE.
Appreciated having valet parking; Champions staff were friendly and helpful; we had an afternoon snack and the breakfast buffet and thoroughly enjoyed both.
Elevators still need work. Stopped at floors which weren't needed. Staff put too many people in elevator cars when they did arrive. If elevators had gotten stuck, would have been a real problem.
The view The location
Nothing, everything was perfect
The hotel was very well prepared for the influx of guests for First Night. From checking in to service at the lounge and breakfast the next morning, all went quickly and cheerfully.
The computerized elevator system was not up to the task of handling heavy traffic.
four people in the room only had two towels
We had a great corner room on 23rd floor so view was amazing! Extremely accommodating and friendly staff! Would definitely stay here again!
Great location for shopping and eating out.
The only negative was the rollaway we requested - must have been 40 yrs old with the springs ready to pop through! I felt bad that my daughter had to sleep on it for 2 nights.
Comfortable, clean room.
Not impressed that wifi in rooms is charged for. Lift system is REALLY weird.
Only free wi fi in lobby, had to pay extra for it in room
Good place for shopping
Have stayed in this hotel for thanksgiving for the past five years and have found the quality excellent. The staff cannot do enough for you to make you feel welcome Have made some great friends with the concierges who welcome us every year
Nothing I didn't like
Fantastic location. Really nice room with comfortable beds and plenty of towels supplied. Would recommend eating in champions bar in the hotel which has really good food at reasonable prices. We will stay again when back in Boston.
The staff perhaps not the friendliest in a very friendly city.
wifi need to be paid in rooms is terrible today.
Perfect location, near by to any interesting place
Have to pay wifi in the room
It would help if there were traction-treads on the bottom of the tub. Being elderly, we found the tub to be very slippery when taking a shower!
Comfort of room and bed Location in the city
Limited space for meeting facilities WiFi limitations
I loved that the hotel was connected to 2 shopping malls including the Prudential! This made it easy to have a nice walk and a good meal without getting drenched in the rain.
Comfy room and bed
Ridiculous pricing structure where over 6 nights the room varied from $309 to $649 plus $36 dollars in taxes per night.
