It would help if there were traction-treads on the bottom of the tub. Being elderly, we found the tub to be very slippery when taking a shower!
Comfort of room and bed Location in the city
Limited space for meeting facilities WiFi limitations
I loved that the hotel was connected to 2 shopping malls including the Prudential! This made it easy to have a nice walk and a good meal without getting drenched in the rain.
Comfy room and bed
Ridiculous pricing structure where over 6 nights the room varied from $309 to $649 plus $36 dollars in taxes per night.
location and facilities
So expensive comparing with the quality, the staff at the reseption didnt pay attention to my requests ..
Location Speed of elevators Cleanliness
Parking was expensive! $40 a day!!
Reception and bar staff pleasant. Bed comfortable and pillows too
Breakfast staff were abrupt, the coffee and tea were ghastly and we thought the breakfast room was the most dismal we had ever been in
Location - close to tourist sites walkway to Mall goes through the hotel Quiet on higher floors Fast lifts
Cost - very high price for what you get Poor restaurants Not relaxing atmosphere
The location is perfect.....everything is around you
I would rate this hotel as a 3 star.......room style is very basic and staff are not up to the level of a 4 or 5 star hotel. The hotel is way over priced and that is mainly for its location.
Great location, great room, and great view, great high-speed elevator! very convenient to everything.
the receptionist when i was checking out looked very cold, and no smile at all.
Location was really good for us.Restaurants rather average sports bar was very noisy & uninviting .Probably the hotel is more for young conference attendees not older travellers .
The bed was very uncomfortable because it had a thick heavy plastic cover over it .No we don't wet the bed & found the bed to be very hot during the night .
Location, convenience, cleanliness
Room was clean and comfortable.
Difficult to find from station. Poor directions. Should have shuttle bus. Cost of wifi, should be free given cost of hotel room. Waiting time for lifts is too long. Ended up using the stairs only to find no clear direction there either. Unpleasant costly visit!
Manager rude service mediocre facilities badly kept
Is too expensive, concierge not too good in comparison with rest of the staff.
No free wifi in the rooms
The location, cleanliness and convenience (places to eat without having to leave the hotel.
Location. Staff. Rooms. Cleaners.
The bed not very comfortable.
The beds are great The cookies in the lobby were great
The AC was very noisy The cost was way too much. 2 rooms 2 nights $2200.

Beds had bugs had to change rooms Wifi wasn't free
The bed was lowered at the head. The ac wasn't working well so room was humid and very loud
Comfortable, spacious & nicely furnished rooms with panoramic views of the city. Good bathroom facilities, great shower and quality toiletries.
Bed, location and view are great
I've stayed here dozens of times but this hotel is going downhill fast! Be prepared to wait excessively long for elevators. The water temperature in the shower was barely luke warm, even when turned to the hottest setting. Also, TV in room didn't work at all; called for service 3 times during my stay, was promised someone would come repair it, but no one ever showed. Spoke to front desk manager, Jerome, who seemed indifferent and didn't really care about the issues even though he could see I had called multiple times during my stay. I was one of five guests at that particular moment citing discontent about their stay. The accommodations and service at this hotel is waaaay too expensive to have such lousy service! Buyer beware! Stay away!
Staff rude and un helpful Bed linens old have holes and dirty No hospitality
Old room with dirty windows no free internet expensive parking huge difference between price paid and price advertised A bottle of still water for $7.50
