1. Efficient check in and check out 2. Rooms are quiet and non smoking rooms are truly so! 3. Coffee maker is good and the coffee pretty strong. 4. The location is very convenient since I had a meeting at Hynes convention center
1. Lifts are slow. 2. Cleaning of rooms , at least on my floor is very slow. If I were to come back by lunch time, my room would still be not done. 3. Bathroom lacks some of the usual amenities such as shower cap and tooth paste/brush.
THERE WERE NO SHOWER GEL, NO PLASTIC HAIR CAPS, NO FOOT SLIPPERS.
Location to shopping
It's a great hotel in a great location with sightseeing your buses pulling up outside the hotel every 15 mins, it's walking distance from most places and a very beautiful hotel, it's also attached to two shopping centre's.
It was a bit pricey to eat there, but with other restaurants close by it wouldn't put us off staying there again!!

Checking in at 10pm was a very bad experience for mr and my family . There was only one person at the check in desk and he was unfriendly and slow

bathroom very small no water spray with or near the WC all other hotels when you ask for a water spray they fix it. the pillows not comfortable at all the room is like a 3 star hotel you have to wait a long time for the lifts and one is broken the front desk are not helpful at all

Elevators were slow and fees for parking car were extremely excessive!
First of all,we were at the hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We were assigned to a great room with a panoramic view. Unfortunately, early the next morning we discovered a water leak coming from the room above us that caused water issues in our bathroom and forced us to move to another room(which was a definite downgrade). When we spoke with the manager he did not seem to be very interested in what happened or to offering reasonable compensation for what we thought was a huge inconvenience. We basically got a stock answer that some points would be credited to our rewards account. Very disappointing!
Took the train from NYC. Hotel short walk from station. Room was spacious and they brought up a cot for the 11 year old. It was quiet, restful and close to what we wanted to do.
We couldn't stay longer
The River view from the 28th floor was beautiful. The location is perfect.
Something needs to be done about the elevators! They are no faster than the last time I was there 3 years ago. Stairs were NOT clearly identified! Good thing there wasn't a fire.
