Very pleased with my stay

Loved the view and the service and the location.

Staff was wonderful to my grandchildren. They enjoyed the pool and the club facilities

Very convenient and good atmosphere.

The rooms were too costly. The parking was too costly. The value was not up to what I have come to expect from Marriott

It was very easy to get to conference and pick up things in nearby stores. Stroller friendly.

Lobby very busy and confusing. Not very homey.

We had a very poor cooperation of the staff : 1) We came with a motorbike, parked it without any valet help in a small space against the wall and were charged 44 $ as for any car. In all other states and most of the hotels, it is 1/2 price for a bike. We asked for special rate : Answer was NO 2) We booked 2 nights at 199 $ on internet and had - against our will - to stay an additional night as it was pouring rain and impossible to travel by bike. We asked for an additional night. Answer was : You cannot get the same rate for the 3rd night. Had to pay 369 $. Any other hotel would have proposed that we book a third night at 199 $ per internet in these conditions. Both cases show no commercial gesture. We would have been pleased to ask biker friends to join for a couple of days but under these conditions we recommended them not to use the Marriott. One good point : In the restaurant ( 2nd floor ) we waited 25 min for 1 burger and a Ceasar Salad. As we were about to leave, the manager came to apologize and did not charge the meal. We would have preferred not to wait but we liked the commercial gesture.

Fantastic location and fabulous gym

We got caught out as everything was booked out as red soxs were playing in town so had to pay premium price for hotel.

I was in Boston to visit my son, a student at bu. The location was convenient to him as well as many other places in the city.

A very simple complaint I have is the in room coffee. I was paying for a room for 2 adults. Each day we were given 1 packet of regular coffee and 1 packet of decaf. Couldn't we each been given a cup of coffee??

Close to everything in Back Bay: congress center, shopping, restaurants,...Swimming pool. Value for money for an international hotel

Das Hotel hat eine recht gute Lage - mitten im Shopping District. Die Bars und Restaurants des Hotels sind gut und auch gut besucht. Wenn man abends zurück kommt ist hier noch was los. Die Trolleys der Stadtrundfahrt halten direkt vor der Lobby.

Die Taxpreise waren in unserem Fall nochmal zusätzlich 40 Dollar zusammen mit dem Valet Parking kamen nochmal 80 Dollar pro Nacht hinzu. Fanden wir ein wenig happig. Der Concierge-Service beschränkt sich auf das Verweisen auf den Flyer-Ständer. Insgesamt ist das Hotel nicht mehr das Jüngste und könnte in den Zimmern und Fluren eine Renovierung gebrauchen.
