We loved out stay in Boston. The Copley Square Hotel was the best choice for three main reasons. First, the location was perfect, close to the t and within easy walking distance of the Freedom Trail. Second, the Hotel was quiet and beautifully furnished. Third but probably the most important, was the assistance the staff provided, answering questions, giving directions, helping with reservations and all with a smile. We will be back again. You can not improve on perfection.

Beautifully restored 1891 era building in a very convenient location, comfortable walking distance to many sights. Staff was very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable, and on call 24 hours. Spit and polish clean. Expensive (!), but that's par for the course for the location. Restaurant and lounge seemed to cater more to a younger and hipper group. Would probably be more appropriate for a young couple on a romantic getaway than some dude in town for a ball game.

We loved the fact that it was centrally located. Everyone was so helpful; it was our first trip to Boston, as we live in California. It was a great experience!

I really enjoyed the friendly service. The hotel had an intimate and more personal feel to it than is typical with many hotels. The room I stayed in wasn't huge considering the price, but it was perfectly adequate.

Excellent, central location. Courteous, efficient and highly professional staff. Ample & high quality room amenities & services. In short a very enjoyable place to stay that offers a great value for the money. A few extra square feet would make the room really spacious.

Not a whole lot. Location was okay. Way too much money for the room. The room was ~$570 for 1 night. It was very small (could not even fit a cot in the room). The bathroom door was broken. You could't even open the door in the bathroom without standing on the toilet. I don't plan on returning to that hotel.

Really liked the small hotel atmosphere and the evening wine tasting. First room was very small. Had to ask for a room change. Second room was great.

The location was perfect. The atmosphere and decor of Hotel was beautiful and comfortable. There are awnins outside the window. On windy nights like the ones I was there, they bang..all night. Not a good nights sleep at all.

Loved the wine down hour in the evenings, an idea other hotels should copy. The location was great for downtown Boston. Some noise from the street from late night revellers but not a serious problem.

We spent 3 nights at this hotel and we don't have any complains. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The facilities are remodeled and cozy environment. We booked the family room for 3 adults, 1 young kid and 1 baby. They provided us a crib and a refrigerator under my request. The room was big enough for all of us spent 3 nights or even more days.we strongly recommend this hotel and for sure We'll stay there again during our next trip to Bosto.nhe price is the average for the back bay area.

Great Location. Free wine tasting at 5pm daily. Very expensive for what you get (I paid over $600 per night for a king room on room only basis). Double glazing is required for rooms facing the main road

Good location. Great staff. I couldn't believe after spending $500.00 per night they charged me a $25.00 rollaway bed charge. Anybody who wanted to build a relationship or a repeat customer would have waived this fee considering the premium I was paying. I questioned it and was told there was nothing they could do. My son is a freshman this year and there are too many other places to try. Sorry.

Helpfulness of staff when a business need arose and there was no business office to use. For what I consider an expensive hotel (business expenses covered it), the room space was limited, and the bathroom space was very limited. If my wife and I had been staying there, it would have been uncomfortably limited. As it was, the only challenge was using the shower with access to the water controls distant from the point of access.

The location is very convenient for conferences in the Prudential Center/Hines Convention Center area (Boston Back Bay). The staff is very friendly and accommodating. It's a vintage hotel with beautiful architectural details. I especially liked that you provided (on request) a free yoga mat for in-room exercising/stretching. Discount rate for advance booking (one month prior to stay) was very good compared to other hotels in the area. I stayed in a small, inner boutique queen room. It was perfect for one person, but might be cramped for two. The room had a strange smell that was overpowering at first. The window opened but because it was an interior window facing a narrow alleyway, it didn't let in any fresh air.

“Superb customer service, they couldn't help us enough! I have stayed in hotels all over the world and this small hotel is a winner - from the warm welcome to the little details like the much needed umbrella, turn down service in the evening and the shared sense of humour over the dismal weather we had, nothing dampened our experience. A special thank you to Sebastian for his warm smiles and friendly chats, we will be back ” Joy, Birmingham |
