Copley Square Hotel  

It is located close to Copley Place and Prudential Center, 3 minute walking distance. But if you stay at this hotel you won't have any money left for shopping!!! It cost me close to 2000.00 dollars for 4 nights, the cost of a small vacation to Europe flight included!!!

Not worth the money they are charging for a small average room.

Staff friendliness

The rooms are dark, since windows looks directly out on a wall – not clearly stated on the web

Hotel staff were not friendly... There's only one lady who either checks people in or out... And she's always busy... There is no cattle in the room and upon request, I was told they don't have one... Rooms are too small!!! Bathroom is even tinier ;p

Minibar

The staff were great, very helpful and nice. The hotel was good; it was also overpriced. Valet was $43/night, my total for friday and saturday was $500.34. A bit high for what you got.

The location was perfect. The atmosphere and decor of Hotel was beautiful and comfortable.

There are awnins outside the window. On windy nights like the ones I was there, they bang..all night. Not a good nights sleep at all.

We spent 3 nights at this hotel and we don't have any complains. The staff were really helpful and friendly.The facilities are remodeled and cozy environment.We booked the family room for 3 adults, 1 young kid and 1 baby.They provided us a crib and a refrigerator under my request.The room was big enough for all of us spent 3 nights or even more days.we strongly recommend this hotel and for sure We'll stay there again during our next trip to Bosto.nhe price is the average for the back bay area.

Very expensive for what you get (I paid over $600 per night for a king room on room only basis). Double glazing is required for rooms facing the main road

when help with the bathroom was needed we were told that there is no service before 8 o'clock.Restaurant expensive and not worth the money, you should eat outside , even breakfast which in any case is not included

Very centrally located. The design of the interior was great. Friendly and helpful staff.

We loved out stay in Boston. The Copley Square Hotel was the best choice for three main reasons. First, the location was perfect, close to the t and within easy walking distance of the Freedom Trail. Second, the Hotel was quiet and beautifully furnished. Third but probably the most important, was the assistance the staff provided, answering questions, giving directions, helping with reservations and all with a smile. We will be back again.

You can not improve on perfection.
