The place was quiet. The room is dingy, but somewhat clean. We checked in late, but that wasn't a problem because they have someone 24 hours.
My son took a shower with a huge roach. He said it was friendly, so he set it free outside the door. We slept with the light on incase his roach buddies came looking for him. Water pressure was low.
Everything else is fine considering the cheap price.
The pool is dirty and unheated, closed early. The curtain in my room fell down and cannot cover the window.
there is absolutely nothing about this place to like
the photos online were a joke and a lie
Very homey feel to the room! YOu definitely get your moneys worth!
Staff very congenial plus excellent location
The room was really run down, wifi was dial up speed, managers couldn't speak English, charged way more than quoted. Bugged at ten am about checking out when it's supposed to be at eleven. To top it all off, they tried to charge us for holes that pre existed in the walls. Will never consider this place again with superior options around it.
Needs some landscaping, tub didn't drain, bring your own pillows remote needs batteries. Rustic at best.
bad area, but you get what you pay for
location & price
tight parking, fridge not working
Good location. Bed was clean and comfortable. Staff very nice and accommodating. We will stay with you frequently when multiple doctor appointments come up. Thanks from Tom and Robin.
Check out would be great if it were a little later. It's hard to see the doctor and be back in time to check out. Is "late check" out available?
Lack of upkeep & lack of staff people skills
Terrible room, awful bed, blinds not functional, tv remote not working, water in tub wont drain, parking on dirt driveway, driveway so narrow that you could not back out if another car was there, door wont shut completely, no ice machine, scary part of town!!!!!!!!
Easy to find / access Paid $ 53 for 2 double beds, kitchenette w/fridge, stove, microwave 4 people!
missed coffemaker cleanliness o.k. - somewhat "older model"
friendly owners, mom and pop establishment
no alarm clock
Has internet, TV has many channels, great value for $, relatively clean. NO bed bugs, good location, service was mediocre but passable
Old, no shampoo/ conditioner provided, toilet paper was really thin, parking was enough but would be nice to have more parking close to my room, the door opens toward the outside so you can't use anti-intrusion measures, not always quiet at night, walls were thin.
Well 1st of all when I made my reservation I was quoted a price a good price too but when I went to check in they said that they didn't call me to stay there so it has to be the price they give me and not a penny less. Then it said they have free Wi-Fi well that's a lie no Wi-Fi! It was gross man! Then check out time is 11am &they called me at 10:30am to see if I was checking out I said yes!!! Well at 10:59am. She comes banging on my door saying u have to go right now it's check out time!!!! I was so mad that was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel in my life I will never stay there ever again they should be taken off that travel website because they lie.
The location is good and the price
I didn't like the room it's not like the pictures. They use cheap and bad stuff in the room.
This is a very cheap hotel ($44 a night for two beds) and we got what we paid for: warm beds, a hot shower, a wifi connection and a great location just off Speedway in Tucson. The value is excellent. The positive things we got in addition were a full sized fridge, cable TV and good air conditioning. We would happily stay there again when counting pennies.
As I mentioned, this is a cheap hotel, so we weren't expecting plush furnishings and great service. There were many problems though. The beds were crammed into a room too small for them, so it was difficult to get round one to the bathroom. The water pressure was not good. The wifi got a decent signal but only in one not so comfortable spot in the room. The room itself could do with quite a bit of attention. While our stay was generally positive, friends from out of state had booked into the same hotel at the same time and did not have a positive stay. They checked out immediately after checking in, as their room was a mess, with broken doors, threadbare carpets and other nightmares. They didn't have a good experience with the management either, who didn't answer the door when they tried to address the situation. At this time we do not know if they're even getting a refund. They are not happy.
hot shower, clean every time we came back from a long day.
parking was hard to get in and out of. They are updating rooms, Hope for the best next year.
old fahioned but also just old
Junk piling up on the outside and no recognizable repairs
the owers are extremely rude and unhelpful. I had to argue with the wife to get fresh towels, she was insisting she already gave my husbands towels and we were only allowed two a day. I told her I was the one that paid that day and I didnt pick up towels. She argued that we did. I insisted she ask her husband. She was wrong so I got towels. ARE YOU SERIOUS.....TOWELS???? Refusing towels???
It was a quite place and at a decent price online. not worth 40.00 a night though. I would rater go to a holiday inn at that price.
I did not like the fact that they did not clean or restock the room the next day. In order to get fresh towels and soap we had to go to the office late at night after a long day out and about and ask for the stuff, our trash was over flowing. I will not return.
Tattered towels, sheets and carpeting. Scarey place. Felt I needed to watch car. Yelling few doors down all night. Would never recommend this place!
Close-in location Cute, slightly funky 40's? motor hotel Clean Comfortable bed Decent Wifi
Train noise Half the windows didn't open Deadbolt not functional from outside
Made reservation with Amex card. Did not accept Amex for payment.
