WiFi was almost not available during the evening, though in the early morning while everyone was still sleeping, it was fine
Apart from the hotel, we liked the drive through the mountains. The area is very beautiful, I recommend everyone to drive through it. There are shops and places to eat around too. The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Shower was very small.
Spotlessly clean bathroom, newly painted rooms, local art and very comfortable beds. They have worked hard to make an old place quite acceptable!
Quaint little motel! Very clean! Wonderful location and staff! I would stay here again and I would recommend this place to others!
Nothing to complain about.
Loved this little motel! Very clean rooms. Nicely decorated, homey feel. I recommend it!
Location, comfort, clenliness, everything worked well, and a very friendly proprietor (John) who kindly gave me a ride to a local bar/cafe to meet up with some mineral exploration friends!
Such a charming motel, beautifully appointed with a lovely sleigh bed. Quiet and comfortable and convenient with a beautiful view of Apache Leap.
Friendly people. Little outdated but OK for the area.
I had to change my arrival time three times. The manager was very flexible, nice and helpful.
Not many options for coffee or restaurants in the general area.
This stay was better for the price than some of the other options that were further away in Miami/Globe area. Friendly Staff. Basic motel room was clean. Close to Boyce Thompson Arboretum State Park. Nice view of surrounding mountains.
Obvious effort to renovate and upgrade rooms but big need to make checking nook more inviting.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Value for price was fine. They allowed us to take grapefruit from tree on property. Provided chairs to sit outdoors.
This is a sweet little motel with a clean and comfy space. I have stayed here several times while visiting my son. It is close to road noise but I seldom am bothered by that. It is very clean but during my recent stay I did need to open the door to air out the room because of the smell of cleaning agents.
A little bit of road noise, but all things considered, I would stay here again.
Location and the cost were reasonable. I've stayed in much newer facilities that were not nearly as well kept and were dirty. The inside was well kept and clean
Staff helpful and friendly.
No coat hangers or coffee maker.
Very friendly staff, good value, very clean and charming.
the manager was most gracious. the place was prefect for a get-away now and in the future. love the scenery
Very clean and you can't beat the price. Staff curtious.
While an older small motel, it is run very nicely and the room and bath were very clean. We always enjoy staying at locally owned older places as they all have individual charms.
No coffee pot, no cups in room. Very basic accommodations but it's comfortable and clean
The beds were comfortable, staff friendly. It's close to Boyce Thompson Arberatum. There's a fridge and microwave.
The room was very small & two people was a tight fit. There was no coffee maker or phone.
Everything was very clean and actually looked brand new. The bed was comfortable.
bathroom, poor wifi
Large, older style room
Price and location
Well decorated, very clean & friendly staff.
Same as above.
Mining town. In the desert mtns. Can't expect 5 star standards!
Well when we first arrived around 4 pm there was a "be back soon" sign on the door. Guess the family stepped out to do some shopping. By the time we went and got pizza and came back they had pulled indo luckily not much wait.
It was okay for our short trip in the middle of nowhere. Let's be honest, It's the only hotel anywhere near there. But to it's credit it was clean, beds were comfy, towels and shower good. If there was free WiFi maybe it wasn't wireless or maybe we didn't put much effort into figuring it out. Our room had two full beds, micro, and small fridge. Honestly it had everything we needed. Oh and pizza from across the street was delicious and the extra attitude from the older lady who worked there~no extra charge :)
