Möjligen slitna fasader som andra nämt, men det gjorde inte oss så mycket. Ett prisvärt ställe!

The staff was above and beyond friendly. For an older hotel it was extremely clean. The rooms were modest but fine, however, the pool area was beautiful and charming. A very budget friendly way to get the vintage Hollywood motel experience and lounge by a pool.

Well located close to Hollywood boulevard. Its clean and comfortable and a cheap and safe option for visiting LA. Nice pool and jacuzzi.

Wifi connection was so poor that we had to go to mcdonalds to get internet.

The staff are welcoming. The price can't be beat and it includes parking which is a big factor in the city and the location, 1/2 block to the metro subway which is clean and dependable. I plan to return next year.

The location of this hotel is good, since it is close to the walk of fame, Universal Studios and also Warner Brothers. It is not very close to Santa Monica and Beverly Hills though. The wi fi had good connection speed, and the beds were quite comfortable. But the price was the best. Hotels in LA can be quite expensive, but this one offers a good acommodation for lower prices

I didn't see anything actually dirty, but the hotel doesn't look inviting. It looks old and not absolutely clean. The bathrroms could use some space, or some places to put your things.

Price, Staff - friendlyand helpful, staff kept the entrance safe and secure, Courtyard garden space, Camera in Parking, Flowers in front entrance, my room was super quiet for sleeping comfort.

Neighborhood a bit run down, Heavy soap smell in room on arrival but able to vent it out easily by fan.

Very, very service-minded staff during the 8 days I stayed here. Especially Ryan and Felix at the front-desk! Good reception for the free WiFi and there is also a guest computer downstairs you can use for free. It was available almost all the time. It was nice to have a mini fridge in the room in which I stored groceries and drinks I'd bought at Ralphs located two minutes away (by foot). Only 2 dollars to use the washing machine. It was still a little bit too cold to try the swimming pool. There was always available parking space for my car. The parking is free of charge. The subway station for the Red-line is across the intersection. From there you have direct line to downtown LA, Grauman's Chinese Theatre and Universal Studios. I can highly recommend Coral Sands Motel and I will come back here if I go back to Hollywood!

No breakfast

It wasn't near the touristic places, but the subway was one block away, so it was easy to get to the interesting part of Hollywood. The wifi was perfect, one of the fastest ones I got among the 5 hotels I stayed during my trip. The room is well equiped with air conditioning/heating, minibar, hair dryer, coffee maker and safe. There are also restaurants and a cvs nearby, so it is possible to get something to eat early in the morning or to dinner. The hotel itself is a little ugly, but the rooms are clean and big enough for two people.

Nothing major. The shower tha was too noisy and sometimes, out of nowhere, had brutal changes in the water temperature. The room was also a little dark, some improvements could be made on the lighting.

The door is old. Bed is lousy. Room smelly.

Courteous, competent staff. Next door to Starbucks, Ralphs, Jamba Juice. Lots of restaurants - next to Thai Town. One block from Metro. Quiet, even though on main road. Lots of parking. Safe - need to go through lobby in order to enter. Well-maintained pool, not heated. Comfortable beds. Good wireless internet. I will return.

Friendly and helpful staffs... location is good, short metro rides to tourist attractions and in a safe neigbourhood...near to the supermarket n pharmacy.. the have self laundry n microwave which was very convienience..although the room is small, but very comfortable..definately will stay again in future...

Very small room, even smaller bathroom. Everything in the room except TV was very old.

It has washing machine on site, so we could do our laundry.

The location in near hollywood blvd however its at the other end so its still take you 1hour walk to Chinese theater.

Room was clean, had everything as described. There was plenty of parking, supermarkets and plenty of Asian restaurant options for dinner close by. 30 Minute walk to walk of fame and Hollywood sights.

For the price the room was as expected and we had no complaints.

The hotel is in a fantastic location ! It is only 2 levels with a central courtyard ( with very clean looking pool spa and lawn areas) and the rooms are not open to the street except for through the front reception area. This makes you feel a lot safer. Great off street FREE parking and free wifi! Really lovely manager and staff!

It wouldn't suit everyone as some people only look at the superficial things and the rooms are definitely in need of renovation. Bathrooms are TINY, wallpaper peeling , small tvs, no microwave in room, dated furniture etc. BUT it was very clean and tidy and the atmosphere and location more than made up for these things, that didn't personally bother us. It's a lovely piece of old Hollywood!
