I felt nervous about the elevator. It was noisy and slow. I think it's in need of maintenance. The access to the parking is in need of maintenance as well.
The Location and price were convenient for the purposes of my travel. I understand there are renovations planned but it suited my needs.
The room was very clean and comfortable to stay at. it had all you needed to feel like a home away from home. Furnishings were nice too. It even had a sitting area too!
having lots of pillows per bed
Clean rooms, great staff and close to everywhere I wanted to go.
everthing was great friendly staff and a lovely place
I was disappointed in the beds they were old and nasty. The blankets seemed to be aged to the point of falling apart. There was no hot water tried it 2 different days. Out heater/ac was not functional. Alot of negatives. But compare to the $300 hotels a $60 place to lay my head didn't sound bad. But next time spending a little more.
It's a inexpensive hotel.
Filthy rooms walls and doors were dirty. There were dirty clothes in the Chest closet.
Dirty towels in bath room. Dirty toilet had to ripe off toilet. No ice bucket. and more
The bed and location.
The bed was really uncomfortable and the bedding was low quality. The heating options were frozen tundra or depths of hell.
The clerk was very friendly.
Bed bugs. Took a quick hour nap and woke up with a bite on my hand. Complained to front desk. Just say we are deeply sorry didn't help anything
Bathroom was decent. Checked bed sheets with uv light nothing came up.
The elevator smelled like weed. Also, the bulletproof service desk could put some people off. It is, however... Detroit. :)
It's right downtown and very well priced.
First 2 rooms unsuitable
Eventually upgraded to a great room!
I set my reservation but when i got there they did not have the room i booked
i liked that it was clean
No fridge. Old TV with bad signal. Location not as good as I thought it was going to be.
No hairdryer in the room but it say they have hairdryer. Not.
Everything the fact they fixing up the hotel is nice. Remodeling all the rooms is nice. I wouldn't mind going back when they are nice
Ugly bed, thin walls, old TV
Very close to Detroit downtown
This deserted part of Corktown is a little scary. I wouldn't have stayed here if I had my kid with me. Day staff are very professional, night staff, not so much. Cigarette burn hole on bedspread (but at least room did NOT smell of smoke.) Rundown generally, but they're obviously trying to improve
Close to Cobo, downtown Inexpensive, clean, quiet Good water pressure in shower
The heat went out on New Year's Day.
The décor. Location relative to bus. Nearby places to eat.
We paid for our two nights and when I got my credit card bill they had charged an additional $100 to my card a couple day after we checked out. When I phoned the employee couldn't explain why they charged me. I'm was mad that they could will access my credit card info after I checked out. Also, 20 mins of arguing and she finally gave me a refund. Not very happy.
Close to downtown and arena
hot wather please in the shower ¡¡¡¡
dog barking all nite
The neighborhood is bad and room smelled horrible. The room was very destroyed.
I liked it was super close to the cobo center.
