Our room was great and clean. It;s really close toi Disneyland and shopping.

It would have been nice to have a hot breakfast but I am being picky.

The rooms were always clean, and the staff were very helpful.

Breakfast was a bit basic and not enough places to sit. You could also have a little table in chairs in your room to sit after the day, rather than always on the bed

Far too pricy for type of accommodation. We were upgraded to a jacuzzi suite. Sounds nice ?? Our room was at end of dirty concrete hallway in far corner ..absolutely not special ... biggest disappointment was that the wifi did not work in our room ..one of the reasons we chose this hotel I called front desk and fellow told me that it doesn't work well at all if hotel is full ...but it didn't work the next night either. Was only able to access in lobby ..Apparently the plan is to improve this. But in meantime don't advertise as if have free wifi in rooms beds were poor as were little pillows .. Just not impressed. Looking for hotel in area as we will be visiting frequently. This is definitely not it. Price out of line with quality in my opinion .. Location and access is not as good as other hotels either. And yes I do realize there is construction going on ...

The bed tax and the extra 100.00 or more I was charged for staying , and the poor hotel dealing with the idiots building in front of them they do not have enough parking for there visitors at all they were double parking people all day and night

I only liked the Valet Crew ovee the others. They were very quick of their job and persistent also very friendly. The bathrooms were perfect size and loved the heated pool and jacuzzi.

The walls were extremely thin and we could hear everything everyone was saying outside of our door, in other words, you cant get any sleep that way and we didn't. No movie channels only news. Breakfast in the morning was ridiculous, too many people crammed into one room & no where to sit.

Close to Anaheim Covention Center

"Free" internet doesn't work at all - must be a joke to advertise with free internet. Price way too high compare to room quality and service.

A subtotal of $91.00 should not end up with a total of $119+. 15% city bed tax? What the heck is that?!!!

Breakfast was good

Wifi doesn't work. It was advertised as a benefit to staying there and when I approached the staff who I believe to be the owner, he told me it was my problem. Two minutes after that another guest from Australia came and complained about the wifi and again he told us it was our problem. He was really lacking knowledge in technology.

The breakfast was terrible and the advertisement for shuttle service was misleading. We got no help or info about the shuttle service from the staff. We chose this location due to complimentary breakfast and shuttle service and was disappointed by both those reasons. We would have stayed at another hotel that offered free shuttle service to the park, the walk to and from Disneyland everyday ruined our family vacation!

It was perfect for my family of 6. Well kept, clean and comforable.

The desk personel were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Everything was great.

The Friendly Staff

The beds are not confortable, the price for what the room was is expensive, and no kids channels only Disney and that is ot enought when you have a 6 and a 4 year old. Not to many T.V. Channels in general and that sucks. Hoo and also too much noise, we were in the middle of 3 flores and we could hear the people in the first floor and in the 3rd floor, all night !!!

The walk to Disneyland takes a good ten minutes, but easy walk. it is so difficult to get to Los Angeles from Anaheim area without paying a fortune in transport so split your trip btwn Anaheim and la so that when you do universal studios it doesn't cost you two hundred dollars rtn! This hotel was a good location, good value for money, clean and spacious, there were 5 adults and one baby in a junior suite and it was great

The breakfast room was so busy it was hard to get a table most mornings, the breakfast was ordinary, but it was included and that was awesome

Conveniently located near Disneyland. Nice swimming pool. Spacious rooms and huge beds.

The breakfast was very poor and you had to rush to get the good stuff. The breakfast room was very small and couldn't fit all the guests. The bathroom had a lot of small ants which was unacceptable! A bit overpriced for what it offers.

i didnt like the fact that the price was much higher than what i booked from, i know that in the "small letters" you said no including city tax ect....but still another 150$ is not waht i expected.

Nice, spacious room. Friendly staff. Hotel is close to Convention centre and Disney.

Near Disneyland, large room and clean

The location to Disneyland was fantastic. Fantastic staff, helpful. Short walk to shops and eating places. Ideally situated if you have a car to travel to local beaches, shopping and sights. The rooms were clean and spacious. Our grandchildren enjoyed their own room and TV facility. There were 11 of us, accommodation was great. Laundry service available, coin operated, perfect for family.

The area around the pool got very slippery, and I saw a young lady fall over, and the next day a gentalemean slipped over.

It was five blocks from Disneyland so that's a plus. Staff was very friendly. I had a hard time sleeping I could hear stomping upstairs very loud it seems like the walls are thin I guess. Breakfast was okay. WiFi didn't work, and the iron in my room also didn't work. I give it a 3 out of 5.
