Costa d'Este Beach Resort  

I would recommend this hotel to anybody without hesitating! From the moment you walk through the door till the moment you leave the staff just cannot do enough for you. We were always greeted with warm smiles & were treated like VIP's! Small touches like complimentary frozen grapes, chilled water, smoothie samples & icy cold face towels whilst sitting round the pool were so refreshing & most welcome in 90 degree heat! We had a room overlooking the beach & woke to the most amazing sunrises each morning. It was worth getting up just that bit early to see them, it really was. The rooms are comfortable,beautiful & very well maintained. We stayed here for two nights at the end of our trip visiting several places around Florida, my only regret is that we didn't stay longer!

Absolutely nothing!

Awesome location right on the beach. Extremely friendly staff. A contemporary, Miami-style architecture. Definitely feels like a vacation spot. Makes you want to dress up! But not too fancy so that you can't walk around barefoot.

Our room was very nice, but there were dirt marks or "scratches" here and there. Misc. stuff in the closet... Bathroom was very nice but sink vanity was waaaay too small.

Great location beautiful beach and pool area. Also, your customer service was very helpful when the hotel put my dates in incorrectly and gave me a difficult time.

The staff was not very accommodating. Room was ready very late, after 5p and staff was not helpful.

The reservation had somehow been lost from your booking to their computer system yet when I showed them the confirmation they promptly cared for us and found a wonderful room. And with a smile. I will be going back. It was the best stop of our vacation.

People extraordinarily friendly and helpful. Facility modern, clean, very well located. Food and service excellent.

Loved the location of the resort and had a room with an ocean view and balcony. Wonderful time.

It may seem minor but the young lady who cleaned our room on Saturday did a significantly better job then whoever was doing it during the week... Your staff was great!

The hidden charges booking.com tell you the price and it didn't include the tax, what we didn't expect was the occupancy tax and the resort fee which when questioned was to cove the charge of the wifi ,valet,spa etc. but on the booking.com site it tells you that wifi is free. It's a lovely hotel but the hidden charges leave a sour taste in your mouth.

Fab location edge of the atlantic ocean. Our room was top floor ocean view, fell asleep every night to the sound of the waves. Staff couldn't do enough for us. Will defernately be back next year & try to get same room or similar

The staff were very helpful. Swimming pool was wonderful

The constant music especially around the pool. Could suggest just have music for a happy hour each evening. The frame for the bed kept catching our legs, and really hurts when it does!

We liked the modern and hip feel, great double headed shower, cozy bedding, and the pool view is very nice.

We had a great and relaxing time :) We loved the 24 hr hot tub/pool!

Our water would flood in the bathroom with accident prone-ness resulting on the floor (Rm 406).

I stayed at the hotel alone being there for a wedding and felt comfortable everywhere I went and did at the hotel. Most 4-5 star hotels that is impossible. Food, spa, employees wonderful.

They should check reservations and make sure there is always enough umbrellas on the beach for everyone. I brought my own umbrella, thank God cause they ran out. Besides that very nice and I would look forward to staying at Costa in the future.

Inga stolar eller sittplatser i rummen(saknades bord) Jag fick ta in balkongstol för att kunna sitta vid datorn. Alldeles för få platser vid poolen (jag fick vänta i en timme för att få sölstol i solen)

Sauberes Hotel mit sehr nettem Personal. Wunderbar am Strand gelegen, Designhotel.

отличное местоположение, тихо, красиво, прекрасный пляж, милый городок с хорошими ресторанами.

номер нельзя назвать удобным. стульев или кресел нет, ванна устроена так, что как ни старйся, вода неизбежно льется на пол, оставляя большие лужи. бесплатная парковка маленькая и места на ней все время заняты.

There was a huge bar fight while I was having dinner. I did not enjoy this at all. Bottles were broken and the police Came to the hotel. The manager did not even apologize for any inconvenience.
