    From the moment I walked through the doors of this facility I was made to feel like a "VIP"!! I received courteous first class treatment, a beautifully appointed room and every expectation was exceeded! I only wish my stay had been longer! I strongly recommend this property and its staff!

    I liked the fact that you can host event at the sites. I like the fact that it has a bar/lounge area. My brother got married at the hotel and i love the fact that we didn't have to go anywhere else.

    Too over priced. You don't get what you pay for. example: I booked a Luxury suit and i got a regular suit. The refrigerator bar was locked up you have to call the front desk to get a key to open the cabinet. The bar area needs music.

    Great location, close to shopping and restaurants, but also very relaxing overlooking a lake and water features. We loved sitting out on our little balcony in the evening and watching the weddings taking place. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful in every way from fixing our air conditioning to helping with luggage. I was reluctant to leave.

    We were upgraded from a junior to executive suite which was great; however, despite all the space, there was no where to store or hang clothes!?

    My daughters and I booked a room through Alexa, Front Desk, did the pre-check in for us and told us to come back after 3pm. She also mentioned that we would get the room by the lake since we requested quiet room. We returned after 4pm, Tyler told us that he couldn't find our reservation nor pre-check in. He then told us that we would get whatever room that was available at that time. So, we got to the room, there were 3-4 painters still worked on painting the nearby room, forget about the quiet room we were promised. Our room facing parking lot not the lake view. We were told the next day to contact manager regarding our unpleasant stay. Never again at the Avenue of the Arts Wyndham Hotel.

    The décor was nice in the lobby and waiting areas; parking garage was close and convenient. The staff were friendly and assistive. Loved the plant walls in the valet/check-in area.

    The rooms felt dated. Even though you could tell that a remodel had occurred relatively recently, it was insufficient to hide the fact that the room layout is small and awkward. Also, the tablet provided to request towels, room service, etc. is poor quality -- I tried tapping on it a couple of times and it took a lot of pressure for it to respond. I would rather have the option to use an app on my own device that does the same thing.

    young staff was nice enough, but could nit provide answers to any questions. concierge was more lost than the travelers. self parking key never worked. room service orders were always incomplete or wrong. wifi rarely worked. tv connection was awful. was charged for valet pkg although it was never used.

    Staff very friendly and accomodating. Nice access and location. VCR in room.Chargers and outlets for computers. (Clock radio with iPhone charger is a nice touch.

    Television signal wasn't HD (even though the tv was HD read), but crackly cable. No OnDemand movies or viewing options.Personal opinion-wasn't crazy about a room with hardwood floors and bathroom with stone floors and no rugs.

    It was close to restaurants.

    Gift shop not open to purchase basic needs like tooth paste! I also had bites on my feet and hands from mosquitoes orbbedbugs! I did not get a good night rest!

    A 10 minute walk to one of the largest malls - South Coast Plaza. Front desk staff was helpful and pleasant. The room was very clean.

    Location, staff, and overall appearance of hotel was fine.

    The first room we were given had the thermostat ripped from the wall. We got moved to another room, but it wasn't as private as the first room. The hotel should keep track of overall maintenance. Or housekeeping should have notified hotel management right away. It was clear that when I mentioned to the front desk that the thermostat was missing, she was not aware. We were not given any concessions for the inconvenience (i.e. free parking or a discount), which would have been nice to be offered.

    it was comfortable enough.

    the bathtub took forever to empty. The AC was broken and we had to get it fixed. The wedding planner was very rude and mean during the rehearsal.

    David was awesome! It was my wife's Birthday and he upgraded us to an executive suite. He walked us to the elevator explaining the facilities and offering his help. Great job!

    It was a beautiful property. Very clean. The rooms were spacious and well laid out.

    There was nothing about this property we didn't like.
