Avenue of the Arts Wyndham Hotel    

I have stayed at the Wyndham for over 12 years many times. I like the remodel, it looks great.

The bed in the main suite is broke down, sunk in the middle.

I stayed in the Executive Suite and it was gorgeous and huge. It was quiet and luxurious.

The room service at night didn't bother showing up with the coffee I ordered. The inside of the bathroom door was very dirty, as was the front of the mini-fridge.

Everything was great

The room was clean and comfortable. I was on the sixth floor overlooking the lake -- very nice. I attended shows at Segerstrom hall and the location was perfect.

No vending machines -- Coke from the in room frig were $6.00 (a little high). The staff did not understand Booking. Com and I had to straighten out my bill thru Booking on my return.

Very convenient location, tried hard to please,will come back if needs apply.

staff up front should greet guest, make it a more friendly place.Should have wi-fi in all rooms free!Could not access computer even when given password, and had tech come in Room to help?

The pool was relazing the management tried to make up for the out of stock issue by offering a discount on drinks that we didn's use anyways but it was a try

The restaurant was poorly organized and wait staff not capable of taking an order correctly both times we were in the restaurant, out of stock for most drinks that we ordered

Food was very disappointing.. Service was excellent, but you dinner menu and ambiance does not fit .

The food... From your Caesar salads to the main course. Very poor. I'm in the restaurant world and your place was difinitely sub par

Really nothing but had no choise but to stay there came from az. Left there around 5:ooa. Arrived around 2:00p

Having to pay $17.00 to park my own car. Checkin person gave me a handicape room and did not tell first befor getting my luggage I'm not handicaped.Had to wait til 4:00p to get my room room had an order like an old persons room.

Staff was rude, does not deserve 4star/ diamonds status. I wouldn't even give 1 star!! Amentities were horrible! Service was terrible! They didn't empty trash, refill coffee, sugar, cream or cups/ mugs. They charged for toiletries. Did not receive the service of a 4 stars establishment. Facility definitely was not 4 stars hotel.

The staff were first class. Very impressed with the training of new staff..

Great location. Close to Beach and shopping.

I had a terrible experience. What makes this even more interesting is that I left a detailed comment card about the numerous issues I had and I'm receiving another request for my feedback.....yet another area your hotel could improve upon.

The location and the price.

Night staff wasn't able to do much to meet our needs.(tea bags, new towels, itemized bills) They normally charge for every little thing (parking, internet, using their computer center, etc.) TV signal was poor on local stations Restaurant was very high priced for the amount of food. No vending machines $4 for a glass of ice tea through room service Were booked with the wrong room originally with what information they received through booking.com.

Checking was fast and easy - we got the room we wanted

I don't feel like sheets or blankets in our room were ever washed during our 5 night stay. Often there wasn't toilet paper, tissue, towels or soap replaced and it didn't feel completely sanitized.

It's clean. The staff is friendly and professional. I liked my stay here

It's so expensive compared to similar level of hotels.

I liked the hotel overall. Slept really good. Very spacious.

I was not aware of parking fee. Found out when i registered . This would be booking.com problem but also hotel because they seem to have known. 17 per car per nite was excessive when i have parked free at other hotels closer to Disney. We were 8 persons with two vehicles.

Very comfortable. Liked the small, cozy feeling. Room was wonderful with the wood floors. Great touch.

Couldn't bend a little in check-in time -- we got there about 2:40. Sat in lobby with suitcases until they were ready. Had to call maintance to open doors which I had clearly asked for. Then every time I walked between the rooms I got mega dust from the door-way on my clothes. Restaurant didn't open 'til 5:00, so we wound up eating in the bar -- that was ok -- by the fireplace -- we were cold. Food was god.

Superb facility, very modern and elegant. Large, well-appointed room with a pleasant little balcony overlooking a small pond and fountain. The location is directly across from the Arts Center, and there is abundant high-end shopping available. The fitness facility is good, but not great. Only a recumbent bike, no upright version.

As is so often the case in expensive hotels, the internet was not free.

One of your staff greeted me very nicely and upgraded my room which I thought was very nice ,my arrival was realy good.

reception staff not equiped to handle my payment by cash because your computer was down and I was asked to return day after before 4 p,m to pay the bill otherwise I would have been charged another day,so if I am there to pay bill there and then why should I make a trip to come back to do that?

Staff not that knowledgeable about the surroundings!

On the 3rd night of our stay while we were coming back form a city trip at 3:00 am to take a rest, we noticed that our keys not working on our hotel room, so we went to front desk and the Chines guy at the desk who claimed to be manager also, He told us that we need to pay $275 more because we forgot to charge you at the first day and because tomorrow is your check out date to need to pay this amount now or we cant let you in with our stuffs locked in. We did not have any cash on us and our credit cards were maxed out because we did lots of shopping, so I told him we will get you the money tomorrow morning once the banks are open so we can get some cash, right now we are tired and don't like to deal with this because you forgot to charge at the first time, although the already had $400 from us but he still didn't let us in our room untill we pay, no respect for us at all, just like we are trying to run away. So we had to call a friend to come by and pay for us. By the time we get to sleep in our room it was 5:00 am I will never stay here again even if its free. And second floor is sucks because all you get is tree in front of your balcony so you don't get any sunlight in, if you like sunlight, so we did and upgrade for $20 more a night for 3rd floor.
