What a dive we walked in and walked straight out again no way would i stay there
Everything very run down
This place was scary, we were glad it was only one night. I would never return or recommend and we have stayed in plenty of budget hotels that we were happy with.
The female pitbull at the front desk (joke !!!!); that lady was horrid !!!!
First, the room was dirty : there were huge stains on the carpet and the bathroom was just filthy and disgusting (there was even hair in the shower!). On the day we left (January 1st... When normal people usually wish others a happy new year), the lady at the front desk was horrible and rude to us !!! We had to be at the airport to catch a flight at 7.30am (flight leaving at 8.20 !!!) and she wanted us to wait for the cleaning lady to check our room in order to give us our $50 deposit back and would not understand that we may miss our flight. I insisted but she kept talking to us like a robot "I have to wait for the cleaning lady to go check your room" and when I told her that the only thing that had actually changed was that they had put a huge fridge in our room the day before without even telling us, she just replied "the owner told us to to it and when the owner tells us something we do it"... Right.. Better than in the Army !!! Oh, one more funny detail : when I wished her a happy new year, she just ignored me so I kept trying (she might be deaf, who knows!!!) and eventually, she just said "thank you" and that was it. Icing on the cake : the hotel was full of weird people who seem to live there year round... Keep away from this place, go to uncle billie which is next door but sooooo much better !!!!
Location to airport
Bugs Very dirty on even visible surfaces Old, not well maintained Towels very small
I generally stay in inexpensive hotels for an overnighter. This was the worst place I have ever stayed. Surroundings poorly maintained (trash). The unit was filthy...dirty coffee maker, toaster never emptied, counters not wiped and the front of the cupboards had food hardened on them. I couldn't walk barefoot on the floor. I took the bathmat while wet and kept it under my feet to get to my shoes. The bathmat was BLACK. Under the bed probably hadn't been vacuumed or dusted in weeks. Upon check-out I asked if my room had even been cleaned and was responded with "of course it had been". As said, I stay in many inexpensive hotels, stay away from this one.
The location was good.
Room was very shabby and uncomfortable. I was almost afraid to use the shower. It did not look clean. It probably was but it and the rest of the room was very old and needed work.
Great location. Beds were comfortable, room was old but clean. There was coffee pot, microwave, refrig, but unfortunately I got in late and no place to buy anything for breakfast.
Half of the drapery slats were missing. I had to sleep with my clothes on as I faced another complex with people standing on their balcony. The elevator smelled of food and was dirty
Facility is run down
Very poor poor, condition in room.
The Location, near to city and beach
The room smelled really bad Everything was dirty, even i felt dirty after an hour in this room
the convenience of the room, hot water for shower and kitchenette
price, location, amenities, free parking
looked and felt like a second rate operation. gives 2 star places a bad name.
the facility was old and not kept up.
