They are renovating I assume...materials and paint everywhere. Over spray all over the walls.
Staff were helpful.
Room smelt like urine.
Quiet slept fine
Cheap good location
The smell of... seemed to be urine. Still questionable.
The rooms smelled like flea powder. I'd rather have slept in the car. It was under construction me the trash was everywhere. I would take this off my website. I wouldn't let my dog sleep there. My friends and I went Denny's until 2 am to try and find a different place to stay. We were lucky to find another place and left in the morning. They tom pictures of the mess but they booked through expedia.
the smell the construction the size the unfinished details in the room
Staff was nice and helpful. Room was clean and we slept very well. There were breakfast available.
Location wasn't that good. It was about 20dollar cab ride from downtown.
I enjoyed that the hotel was located with 10 min of Downtown.
The room was dirty. The air conditioner had a bad smell which smelled like vinegar. Found a bed bug in the sheets and complained to management, and was only offered 10 off the room, which never appeared on the complete total. The advertised Continental Breakfast was just cereal and bagels. I will never recommend this place.
We was right by construction materials...the light by the bed did not work nor did the plug
Key card entry hardly worked, no tissue, no hand towels, no clean drinking cups each day, no replacement of empty toilet paper, very limited parking, too expensive for such a place, would not recommend it to anyone, pool area was close and very messy, inc. a living couch by the pool, no blanked other than bedcover which was very poor
It was so close to all activites and easy to get back to. No problem getting cab. Restaurants were close by. The location was awesome.
We had a room at the end and the stairs weren't finished so we had to walk so far just to get to the car and to the office.
Location was good.
Carpet was dirty, Bathroom had places that showed rotting. Rooms next door were being worked on and there was a lot of noise early in the morning. I would not return to this place.
The A/C unit in my room did not work. The staff immediately went into action to correct the problem and we were able to get a comfortable night's sleep. Thank You!
Was not able to sleep because of the construction
the place was ok except for the manager nice location, clean good location near the close to restaurants
the manager was very un professional did not know how to address or interact with people
The inn is still under reconstruction. Some of the paint even dropped on my car. Not sure if I can be compensated
The bed linens were soft and comfortable and had a fresh smell. location was very good. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Check-in was easy
gate to pool area was locked until 10 am. would of liked to sit by the pool and have my early morning coffee.
The bed was so comfortable, and for the price I wasn't expecting the king size. The price was good for the value of the hotel. Hot water in the morning, actually had a ironing board. The staff was courteous but I only saw them when I checked in on sunday and Friday when I checked out. Not too packed with people.
I stayed in room 137, which was furthest from the office, they have Wi-Fi but I was never able to pick it up. The room was cleaned everyday, but when I would come in after.5 p.m. it always had a musty smell to it. The microwave did not work, one packet of coffee is never enough for any room. The parking spaces have a awkward angle and to park was hell.
No coffee maker, fridge broken.
-Close to the Convention Centre, without spending over $120 a night -Cheap -They have WiFi, this is probably a standard for every hotel though - Even though the outside looked a little bad the inside was nice
-Location was a little hidden, the taxis usually missed the turn-off every time - It looks a little nasty outside, they were renovating when we left. So make what you will of that. - bathroom door didn't lock shut.
The ease of booking online and actually having the room I booked upon arrival. Made for an quick check in and check out. The type of entry key for the room was very different and cool.
The floor wasn't vacuumed in my room. The room door (none of them actually) didn't have a frame. Lack of pillows in the room for two people. Shower had no pressure and had poor drainage.
It was located very close to 6th street.
The hotel was under major renovations and we were never informed of this till we arrived at the hotel.
Friendly, helpful staff. Fridge and microwave in room. Pool available. Great location for our needs. Convenient access to I-35. Easy access to downtown Austin from Oltorf or Woodland. New bathroom with excellent shower.
Pool wasn't too clean. Hotel was in the midst of renovation and will be excellent when completed. It was more expensive than similar hotels in the area, but the standards of cleanliness and facilities offered will be worth it when the renovations are complete.
Motel was under renovation. The place was a mess. Would have been nice to know when booking so I would know what to expect.
