Beds were comfortable and room was clean.
Love the bar being at location, great friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms
Towel rack in bath coming out of wall. Bathroom floor was sticky
Room is pretty big. And free breakfast and Wi-Fi
Restroom needs a little improvement
The room was cozy, everything was clean and the bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful
I gave pictures of fuzzy black mild growing in the bathroom. I got a non smoking room. I have pictures of my sheets with cigarette burns in them. I asked for half my money back. He called me a liar with the pictures in his face. I told him to go the room and look. He wouldn't. He gave me $20. What a joke!!
Need better pillows
Late hours. Great service.
Bathroom in poor shape.
They had a very good free breakfast.
The roof was leaking throughout the motel. The front lobby had tubs catching the water, the ceiling had fallen in because of the water leaks.
location, clean, comfort,
shower ran hot then cold and back again
1. The location. 2. Overall appearance. 3. Value.
1. Bathroom tub and shower in bad shape. 2. Temperature of water fluctuated. 3. The floor was wet in bedroom from tub leaking. 4. Poor lighting. 5. Complimentary breakfast was terrible.
Fairly large clean room. New nice bed. Staff was friendly. The cooked to order omelets were extra good.
The bathtub was really old, stained and corroded. It really needs to be replaced. The property is fairly old and a little dated, but they are doing what they can by keeping things clean. Overall it was okay
First, it was cheap and looked generally safe. I did like that I could park right outside my room and keep an eye on it. The location sees a lot of traffic, so I didn't worry to much about theft. A lot around where it is (ie shopping centers etc) Would definitely stay again, but don't expect anything fancy, this isn't a vacation kind of hotel. It's a "I'm just staying one night and gone" kind of hotel.
Had to wait over 20 minutes waiting to check out, I eventually just walked away and came back. And even though it's not really their fault. The room next to me came in at 2 Am and woke me from their obnoxious yelling.
black mold on ceiling
We were comfortable and the room was very quiet. Wonderful breakfast!
Staff helpful, clean facilities, excellent breakfast, good location, large room and bathroom
Excellent location with stores and restaurants all around with easy access. Breakfast was super and all fresh. Can definitely see staying here again when passing through.
The breakfast is by far the best I've ever had in a hotel of this class. They will cook omelets for you as well as waffles. And they have a variety of fresh fruit including blueberries, blackberries and strawberries -- something you almost never see in a hotel like this.
The Wi-Fi, while accessible, needs a speed increase. It was VERY SLOW.
Beds are comfortable, staff friendly, AWESOME breakfast buffet, really nice patio with BBQ grills and flat screen tv, bar next door.
Nothing--everything was great. Couldn't ask for more
The Thai food restaurant was delicious, its attached to hotel, location is great near lots of restaurants and stores.
My bed was horrible in room 111 door didn't lock. But other than that it was a decent hotel...
A friendly & caring staff & a breakfast that was far beyond the typical continental breakfast
staff was nice, free breakfast had a huge selection
renovations where not complete in room, had mold spot (hand sized) on ceiling. Bed was hard and uncomfortable.
The bed was perfect, so comfy. The breakfast was the best I have ever had in a hotel better than name brand hotels that cost twice the price or more. The fresh fruit was FRESH and there was such a variety, I could not try them all fresh blueberries, raspberries and blackberries and about 10 more! In Texas in October Eggs made to order...there is no way to say how wonderful a way it was to start my day!! My omelet was amazing!
It is a little dated, but they are updating right now. Really the thing that made it obvious was the caulking in the bathrooms obliviously done by a person who does not know how to do it. It is easy to dismiss these tiny issues when the staff is so nice and it is a terrific bargain.
breakfast was excellent
poorly maintained rooms. rooms stilled smelled of cigarettes.
