Projects and dangerous
Location was good for where I was going.
Pictures that's advertised are deceiving. For the amount of money I knew it would not be perfect. Room have it been updated and its immediate visible. It was like staying im the slum, people hanging out all night making all kind of noise. You can tell this was a common practice. Staff was nice though.
Didn't like anything about this hotel.
people drinking and smoking marajuana on balcony.Beer bottle fell from third floor in front of my car and broke.Didn't feel safe.Booked 2 nights only stayed 1 got refund for one night.Wouldnt recommend to anyone!
Nice staff, very friendly,
Tooooo many ants, lots of roaches, bed bugs, guys hanging around, odors , need to get better at cleaning and remove all hair before people book a room, that's just nasty
I didnt like this location. It will definitely make me check more thoroughly if i EVER stay at Country Hearth again. There were cracks in the wall, people hanging out talking loud outside the doors, large chips out the paint in the ceiling, a large old worn out recliner in the room, I would not sit in. I went in the room & just sat on the bed in disgust. I called the manager to see if I could get my money back. I had not touched or used a thing. He said 1000 people comes to his hotel & like it & if I didn't, I could check out & receive only $15 back. The TV was fuzzy we left went to dinner came back & decided to leave around 12am & checked into a nice hotel not far away. I will never stay here or recommend this hotel to anyone & will tell everyone of my horrible experiences here.
I stayed for a couple of weeks with my girlfriend at this location and one of the nights a roach ran across my chest as I lay in bed. After moving rooms the next one had a ant problem.
We chose this on the basis of the low cost.
The bathroom was terribly outdated, dirty. The fan was so loud you could hardly stand it.
Old facility, old furnishings, but clean.
the ice machine did not work. there was not an iron. not in the safest location. The room was runned down. There were ants in the room. There was rust on the walls in the bathroom. The telephone did not work. We will NEVER go back.
They clean the rooms daily.
The manager was racist, childish, unprofessional, and mean.
money value and location - didntappear safe area after 8-9 pm
The room. The urine in the stair well.
