the close proximity to the business meeting
Staff inattentive. Very busy on the cell phone or eating, or gazing at the computer. Rarely did anyone make eye contact. Television/cable didn't work in first one room I had. Took almost two hours to decide they couldn't figure out what was wrong and to move me to another room where the hot tub didn't function properly. Took over an hour to get the water level over the jets, then only 4 jets in one corner worked. But the lack of concern over these deficiencies is the worst of all. the attitude was, oh well, we've had these problems before, and there's nothing we can do.... I did get a whopping $10 off my 2 night stay... Will not go back here and recommended to all the folks at the meeting, that even though this facility was on the recommended list, they not book a stay here AND I have shared with everyone I know who travels in the area to avoid the hotel.
Staff was very nice and professional. Room was clean and the spa tub was outstanding.
The WiFi was a little slow not the best.
Location is good w/nearby eating. Rooms adequate and pleasant. Nice to have breakfast included. Good choice if watching a budget.
One of the beds had a big hump in the middle. Toilet seat was loose and would move. Would have preferred 1st floor, but didn't see how to do get that on Booking.com
close to free way
The staff was very accommodating! We had booked through booking.com and our reservation had not been sent to the motel. Fortunately they did have an executive room available! The best part of the stay was the shower in the morning! Wonderful water pressure!
Booking.com has the wrong phone number for people to reach the motel. The number listed was the private number for the owner of the motel, not the motel!
We were charged $160 for a room with dirty floors and furniture. The room was no bigger or fancier than a Motel 6 room.
Maid service needs improvement
The staff were pleasant and helpful.
Ease and convenience
Staff, very friendly and courteous. Worked to give us a nonsmoking room (which we had reserved 5 mos. in advance)... somehow we had been given a smoking room.
Roaches in the room. Towels and linens not replaced for day 2. Towels were extremely rough (good for exfoliating, I guess).
The price was the best for the area we were visiting.
Smoking allowed in adjacent rooms caused hallways to smell like smoke.
Nice staff. Friendly and helpful.
Refrigerator didn't seal tight, had to buy some duct tape to keep it sealed good.
Beds were fairly comfortable Breakfast was nice Staff was nice
Extra lock was missing on door Good location - not far off Hwy. 421 with lots of places to shop & eat nearby Weird entrance - but away from the road Very noisy - not sound proofed well between rooms even with HVAC running
The space was large. The shower had good pressure. The towels were fairly large and soft. Many would like the large Jacuzzi in the room. It was much better than the other place we usually stay at in Siler City.
I was pleased with the room but when we went to check out my 75 dollar room turned into a charge of 95 dollars. I had booked a King Deluxe but they evidently only had an executive suite so they put us in the executive suite but did not tell us the charge would change. I had asked for a change to a non-smoking room before we had checked into our room so I was distracted with that (they were full so they could not change the room) and I signed something but did not realize the change in the charge. The breakfast was pretty slim, also. Had an iron but no ironing, board. It would be a great addition to have a magnifying make-up mirror.
Strong disagreeable smoking odor in the downstairs hallway upon arrival. Not much to choose from for breakfast: cereal, bagels, waffles and juice/coffee were about it. Would have liked to see something a bit healthier as a choice like yogurt or fruit.
quiet - near a gas station - near a grocery store - a good shower
the beverage machine was not stocked--the snack machine was out of order--the breakfast had mostly cereal selections-dry- what about fruit?
Friendly, convenient, reasonable, quiet, breakfast was very good as was the coffee....thank you!
soda machine empty, vending machine nearly empty and candy was melted. No conditioner and only one hand towel. Cable TV kept going in and out and the Wi-Fi didn't work in our room at all.
I really like the location. I enjoyed the friendly staff that checked me in.
I did not enjoy the noise in the hotel lobby late at night. We stayed on the bottom floor and the top floor guests made noise well after midnight. You could hear all the noise from the lobby as guests were checking in
