Staff was quite friendly and helpful. It was nice and quiet but it was off season and the Britt Festival hadn't started yet. The room was very roomy and very comfortable.

I was traveling from California to Washington alone to see my extended family. I wanted a place where I could relax and rest. I felt very comfortable being alone. It was safe and quiet and clean.

Nice area, close to restaurants changed rooms because they said we did not notify them of our pets who were crated even though it was written on the reservation-carpet was filthy!?

The staff was friendly and helpful.. the morning continental breakfast was wonderful..the coffee was robust and the scones flavorable.. the Inn is located on the edge of a town that has built 'out' to it..The Inn is easy to find, and a nice walking distance to town..with coffee shops and restaurants close by as well.. The soap offered was made in China..

Clean Although the bed was comfortable the covers were so heavy you couldn't move and the pillow stuffed so high you couldn't sleep on them.

Bought room at 50% discount, so the price was right. At $140 it would have been way too much for a remodeled motel. Breakfast was a disappointment. Scones were prepackaged, tasted like Archway cookies.

The beds were very nice and comfortable, the room was nice and cool and stayed at a constant temperature. We had our dog with us and the room was quiet enough where he was not disturbed and barking at all the noises. The room was good, clean, and quiet enough. Misunderstanding about the breakfast, it's not a full breadfast but instead it's a continental breakfast and there is a difference.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The atmosphere, charming inn and room combined with the very friendly staff made it just lovely. We had never been to the Jacksonville area before and we are definitely planning to go back one day. When we do, we most certainly will stay at the Wine Country Inn (one of the Country House Inns) in Jacksonville. Thank you Country House Inns! The morning coffee and tea was accompanied by some scones that were delicious- just a little bit on the sweet side. A little less sugar would have been better.

We absolutely loved the staff and the room. Our stay was comfortable, affordable, and the staff went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. We absolutely recommend staying here, and look forward to returning as well. :0) Nothing....it was a wonderful stay.

Camera spaziosa e curata nei dettagli. Miglior luogo dove abbiamo dormito e di hotel ne abbiamo visti durante le 3 settimane... Utilissimo il frigo e il microonde. La cittadina è davvero graziosa. Merita la visita se state viaggiando come noi x gli states! Nulla era tutto perfetto. Ottimo il rapporto qualità/ prezzo

Lovely setting, convenient to Medford business/shopping areas, yet quiet and peaceful. If one were to be picky, with such great decor & bedding, the bathtowels could be upgraded to match.

The room was clean and very comfortable. It was great to have a mini fridge and it was very calm and quiet. A peaceful and relaxing time. At this point, we were double charged, for our room. Our credit card was charged upon registering (that was on Saturday), and then we paid cash, after asking the desk clerk if our card had been charged, and were told "no," (Sunday). It is now Tuesday, and our card was charged, so we've paid twice. We called today, and were told that it would be looked in to and we would be contacted, once they had contacted their bank.
