Score from 30 reviews Excellent
Bed / bedding was comfortable. Nice room.
Was not impressed with breakfast...not as many choices as other chains. No microwave.
The hotel was off the interstate and close to restuarants.
Bathroom door was so warped it would not close. The drywall in the bathroom was moldy and looking like it was about to fall off the wall. There was no elevator. The "free" breakfast started at 7am. We and others were traveling and wanted breakfast at 6:30 so we could get on the road. Most hotels have there breakfasts start at 6am for this reason. Very disappointed!!
I was not pleased with anything.
Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and helpful staff made this a great stay.
Stairs were dirty for the lengh of our stay which took away from the appearance of the hotel.
The room was very nice, beds comfortable. Breakfast was good eggs, sausage, waffles, toast more.
TV remote hard to work , WI-fi not good. bathroom needed some painting .
Beds were very comfortable and staff was friendly. Breakfast was good.
Mold growing in the shower. Light fixture hanging off the wall. Hall bathroom out of toilet paper.
My kids and husband enjoyed the cookies that were given out at the front. I enjoyed the space and the beds were comfortable.
the carpets in the living room area were very weathered. You could see the traffic area and they needed a good steam cleaning or replaced.
Beds were comfortable.
Staff was not friendly. Room was not cleaned on one of the days we were there. Old and musty..
Close to restaurants and stores.
Entrance and exit via to Armory Drive is a little of a bottleneck and potentially dangerous.
The room was very clean and the breakfast was excellent. The price was reasonable.
The toilet ran all the time.
The rate and location.
Rooms are old and poorly maintained. Water was leaking from air conditioner so carpet was wet.
The welcome - staff were all professional, welcoming and friendly. The room - spacious and clean. The beds - great mattress and bedding - good quality all round and a great night's sleep. The coffee! Surprisingly good (I find most US hotel room coffee tastes like cardboard - this tasted like good coffee, well done!) The value for money - I could have spent twice as much and received half the value. Free wifi - essential when travelling on business these days and it worked well and was fast enough for all my needs.
Hard yo get to the hotel from the main road, by this is not the hotel's fault.
I liked the size of the room, the staff and the location
The hotel was somewhat dated. Carpet wasn't thoroughly clean. As compared to the Country Inn & Suites we usually stay in, the breakfast wasn't as good, the cookies were store-bought, not baked, and the air was hard to regulate.
The breakfast area was decent.
The bedding was not clean. I used my own blankets to sleep on.
Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, price was fairly reasonable.
There is no elevator in this two-story hotel! The listing on Booking.com didn't warn us of that fact, or we would have stayed elsewhere. In our group of four there are three replaced hips and two replaced knees, so we were not pleased. Just put the info on the web site so people can make an informed choice!
No elevator Breakfast area too small and poorly staffed
Quiet, secure, comfortable room.
The front desk clerk as we left on the morning of 7/2 had a very cold attitude. She wasn't very friendly at all, which was the complete opposite of the staff at night. We were unable to find information regarding breakfast hours and when we arrived were told she had turned the waffle maker off and put the breads away. She said "It looks like you won't be having waffles today." as she walked away.
The hotel was clean. We enjoyed the spacious room. Staff was helpful and friendly.
The hotel was under construction which was not a problem except there were roofing tacks and nails in the parking lot so getting a flat tire was a concern.
That I was able to check in a little early after a long drive. The lady when I first checked in was very nice and was knew the town very well told me great places to shop where to go and where not too
One of the bedspreads was filthy. Breakfast bar was not good. They had bugs from remodeling.
cleanliness! Lovely people who work at the Inn
Clarity on how to get to location. Small room for breakfast - not enough seats for all staying at the Inn.
Construction in the hotel until 8 oclock at night !
convenient to location of business
I live in the country and the highway could be heard at night
They were under construction/remodeling, but that didn't bother us. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable.
