The room was clean and comfortable. The location is great, just a five minute walk across the street to the Mall of America. The refrigerator did not work in our room. |

All the remodeling. Loved the new breakfast area (larger) loved the additional food, (i.e. scrambled eggs, sausages, etc) . lobby area nicer as well. rooms are great. Mr. schuttle man, cant remember his name. he's been there for a long time. He is just as wonderful as always, friendly, helpful, smiling. Missed the apple bowl in the lobby. thanks for having the pool temp warm enough for a wimpy mom to swim with her kids. |

Close to MOA and train to the game. The chairs at the back entry smelled moldy. |

Everything was very nice, the room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast in the mornings was very good. When we come back to Minneapolis we would stay here again. |

I had requested adjoining rooms and I was pleased that I got them. I shared two rooms with 8 people. Although I had given the desk everyone's names prior to check in, some people in my group were told that their names couldn't be found and were at the wrong hotel. Luckily I found my friends before they left the area. |

Close to shopping. Comfortable. Rooms were spatious. Good variety for breakfasts The pools had too much chlorine in them, and a film on top of the water. \Our eyes were burning after being in the pool area for 5 minutes. I think it's healthier to switch to salt water pools. |

We were close to the mall of america. Also close to the zoo we visited. And some good restaurants. We wish there was an outdoor pool. |

This hotel was very convenient to the mall. The shuttle was dependable and a life saver. We enjoyed the pools, cookies in the lobby, late snack ice cream bars and the breakfast. The rooms were very quiet so sleeping was great. |

I liked the fact that it was across the street from the Mall. That was very convenient, and also having the 2 resturants on site was a bonus. The swimming pools were sufficient, however I would have liked to have a larger pool with more for the young kids to do. |

Convienence. We walked over to the Mall several times during the stay and rode the shuttle back. Nice service. I thought the breakfast was quite nice. Putting the bathroom between the elevator and the sleeping areas was a good choice too. Never bothered us at all. Beds were very comfortable. We booked and paid for a room with 2 beds and an extra rollaway. The first room we were assigned was so small you could hardly walk around the beds let alone have room for a roll-a-way, which we had to ask again for. Luckily we had put all our stuff on a convienent cart and left it in the first room while going to the front desk to see what they could do for us. They assigned us to another bigger room and the roll away-a- way was delivered shortly after that. My companions were not impressed with the cheese or farmer omlet type eggs offered two days of our stay. Scrambled egg day was great for them. Could have done with out the guys hoarding the deep end of the pool by seeing if their cannonballs could hit the ceiling. |

closeness to the mall, convenience--book club the pool was dirty, the room was not cleaned well, there were dust bunnies everywhere, the lobby stairs were dirty and the railings were dusty, there were not enough staff to keep up with the breakfast crowd, there was food everywhere-on the floor, on the counters... |

Breakfast was good. Location was great, close to the mall. The TV in our bedroom was "out of order", and the tv in the living room, the cable would come in and out and didnt always work. When we spoke with the hotel staff, they didnt seem to concerned, and didn't try to address the problem. |
