staff tried to help with problems
nothing in area
The friendly and warm staff they would do what ever they could to help and they all had wonderful personality.
could not find anything.
Great Location! Staff! Breakfast! Price!
Perfect for a braves game
Great custimer service from staff.
Rib shack next door to eat. A short walk accross the street to ball park. Great staff. Free parking for Brave's baseball!
Staff were friendly and tried to help with requests
Breakfast was just ok, vending and ice machines seldom worked correctly, location not good for next two years due to construction in the area
Off smell in room
The staff was very courteous and accomidating.
The location is great for a Braves game. All you have to do is simply walk across the street.
The rooms were a little old. Needs updating.
Breakfast was fabulous.
Our room did not get cleaned. The computer stated that the "do not disturb" sign was displayed on the door. I know for a fact that it was not. They also did not have shampoo for the two days we were there.
Convienient location to braves stadium
Green pool, no coffee upon departure,
We went to a Braves game. Perfect location. Literally right across the street from the stadium.
It was a game weekend and the hotel was packed. At check in, there was only one person working the front desk. We waited close to 30 minutes for our rooms. At check out, there was no one at the desk and when a staff member walked by she was surprised by the line...another 30 minute wait.
The location and staff
The breakfast did not have out such as ran out of milk and chocolate
Location close to the airport.
Interior needs to be modernised. Rather old and not bedding not well-kept. Cigarette burn in blanket. Corridors smelled a bit damp.
Direct at Turner Field, perfect if you like Baseball Very friendly and helpfull staff Good breakfast
Streets closed during game at Turner Field, had to take detour, not hotels fault!
The key card need to activate every day.
Close to the ball park
Excellent location, facilities and great personnel.
That we stayed only one night.
room furnishing were fine; right off highway and right next to Turner field; check in was fine; breakfast looked good (in a rush so did not stay to eat)
carpet nasty; hotel was old (expected more from CI&S since most of their facilities are new builds not remodels); sheets weren't very nice, bedding did not stay on the bed; hotel felt/smelled worn; steps from Turner Field, so could be a risk on a game night
The bed was comfortable and they offered free breakfast.
Surrounding neighborhood was not the greatest, very limited parking, bad cable reception (wasn't HD), the hotel is outdated, could have been cleaner.
Free breakfast and room was clean. Bed was big and comfy.
Hotel needs a serious upgrade: Elevator is on its last leg, carpet is old and the pool was closed. Fridge in room wasn't cold.
No recycling bins in rooms or public areas. Hook up with local recycling hauler and implement single stream recycling. Breakfast: Use of styrofoam and other disposables at lunch that are bad for planet vs. more Eco friendly / recyclable options. This creates a large volume of waste going to already stressed landfills. More emphasis should be put in using local and healthier food options. Basically reviewing operations and logistics with sustainability in mind. This trend is not going away and hotel could bank on positive green PR. Staff can and usually thrive on being trained for green tasks.
