Overnite only for air travel

Convenient to where I needed to be for business purpose. Looks nice on the surface. The evening desk representatives were the only ones that were pleasant to interact with. The breakfast was good.

The room was filthy around the edges of the carpet (not that big of a deal). Every single towel, hand towel and wash cloth had something on it (dark stains, hairs)..... So I went to the front desk for a fresh set - still the same story... stuff on the towels.... Good thing is that I got there late the 1st night and left very early after the 2nd night.... I wont be back, I promise that.

Location near the BWI airport with a good selection of restaurants nearby including one right next door. The breakfast selection was very good and the staff helpful. Access to computer in lobby was helpful since Idid not travel with my computer this trip.

Ther is nothing to dislike, it is a well appointed hotel and had a very welcoming feeling immediately upon entry.

I liked the cost! I liked the proximity to transportation to Baltimore and Washington, D.C. I liked the shuttle system 24 hours a day. I liked the cleanliness and the area seemed very safe.

This is minor because the temp seemed about right. However, the controls for the heat and air were broken off, which could have been an issue although it wasn't.

The staff was very courteous and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable.

The location is really just ideal if you are traveling to/from the BWI airport.

Hotel is well kept, Location is easy to get in and out of.

They use Fabreeze in the rooms. It smells bad and is bad for people with allergies and asthma. Also, instruct the maids not to move personal stuff in the bathroom. They threw our toothbrushes in my husband's shaving kit, which we would never do since they have their own case.

excellent price, great deal for cost, breakfast included was huge bonus and breakfast was great, so many choices. Easy access to light rail and other things to do in area. Very pleased

desk staff seemed inexperienced at times

David, at the front desk, was so helpful to me. Everyone was so friendly and kind. It was a wonderful experience. I will stay again.

Service was courtesy and helpful, the room was clean. Was able to leave my car and have the courtesy van drop me at the airport.

Took 25 minutes to be picked up from the airport by the courtesy van after I called.

Desk was friendly. Room was clean. Room was as expected. Breakfast was great, staff was fantastic. We like to stay at Country Inn and Suites as we know that it will be a pleasant experience. Thank you! You get more than you pay for.

The inn was tidy, clean, and pleasant.

When making the reservation - I stated we would be in very late in the evening. The flights were delayed approximately 2 more hours so when we got to the hotel it was locked up. We had to wait a few minutes for the desk clerk to have the door opened for us to enter. Seeing how we arrived at 2:am and left at 9:ish we should have had some kind of coupon or something as our stay was extremely short. Update of the TVs would bling the room.

Breakfast was good...

Funky smell in halls and room... Dated looking... TV remote didn't work and took three requests over a 6 hour period to get a good one...Carpet in room felt sticky under bare feet...A/C in our room was a bit overwhelmed...

Close to the airport, free shuttle, Chilis right next door, efficient service

Conveniently located to BWI. Nice wood floor in the entryway made it feel country-like.

Staff was not friendly...just business. There is no reference that I saw on the hotel locator board at the airport so I had to dig out the phone number and make a cell call to find out how to connect with the shuttle to the hotel.That was inconvenient.

The friendly feeling, breakfast, and location

Free breakfast has a whole lot to choose from including hot foods and make your own waffle station. Hotel also has indoor pool and hot spa tub. (Not hot tub). Hotel is also located next door to chilis. Literally feet away and you can go get a drink and not have to worry about whos driving.

At any point and time they only have 1 front desk clerk. During the day they are almost nowhere to be found. I had to stand at the front desk and ring the bell repeatedly to get someones attention when needing assistance or to check out.

Must be an older hotel. The rooms were not as nice as the many other CI&S I have ever visited. Especially the bathroom.

A cortesia do staff. Proximidade do aeroporto - nossa escolha foi exatamente devido a isso. A viagem tinha como objetivo ir a Washington, mas como a volta seria por bwi optamos por um hotel na região do aeroporto, uma vez que estávamos de carro e é bem mais econômico ficar nessa região.

A hospedagem foi muito tranquila. O único porém é que o custo dos hotéis nessa região são muito altos...

Laundry facilities were lacking. One washer and dryer, when they have obvious hookups for two were off putting. We were forced to line up to use them.
