The bed was comfy
How dirty the place is,and run down.
Said it had indoor pool and hot tub went to use it twice it was never opened. Room was not clean, half used shampoo bottles, left for day and towels were not replaced the room was never cleaned. Poor rating
I like the rooms there not bad rooms. Staff is pretty good also.
The last time I stayed it took like over an hour to get checked in. Now they have this $50 deposit you have to leave for non smoking rooms. Then they go back to your room while your checking out to check your trash and whatever else to make sure you didn't smoke. They literally went through my friends trash can to find any sign of her smoking. I think that's a bit overboard.
Manager/staff would not acknowledge truth for why Wi-Fi was inoperable, resulting in my having to leave after two days.
It was a 20 minute ride to DC & the hotel has tons of amenities & restaurants around it. Definitely will book with them the next time I come back to Maryland!!
Check out should be at 2pm instead of 12pm
Right along Route 95
Incompetent staff Charged double for room
Location was very good, easy access to various locations.
Breakfast could have been better.
What they called breakfast. Dirty curtain and comforter. Name on hotel was different than actual name causing extra expense to cab ride from airport
The staff is always nice especially Carmen and AL
Internet was running slow
Helpful staff, good room. Eager to help where they could to make stay a pleasure. Just need that spa going or dont advertise it.
Went to use pool and spa half hour before closing and found them cold, was told as it was a gquiet day they had turned it off earlier. The spa was one of the reasons we chose this motel so was disappointed.
The water pressure was prefect
Desk clerk lacked customer service skills, he was rude, aggressive, and unapologetic to say the least. This was the worst hotel experience I've EVER had. The hotel smell musty, founces a sliver fish on the pull out and the sheets were dirty. Receivedo a rollaway they never removed bug or dirty sheets. The list is enlist
the beds and location
the breakfast it was the pitts I stayed for three nights and they serve the same old thing sausage and that dam oat meal and the carpet needed to be clean in the hallways as well as the rooms and the pool water needed to be change and clean
we were very happy with the front door staff especially Glenn. He bent over backwards to make our stay better. If it hadn't been for him than we probably would have left.
We were locked out of our room for 1/2 hour, the spa was out of order, internet wouldn't connect, tv remote didn't work, not even a new one. Door key didn't always work. general washroom on main floor didn't have soap or towels to clean your hands. Location wasnt' the greatest.
The smell of smoke in a non-smoking room.
Staff was great
Keys didn't work to room door had to go to the lobby on 3 occasions to get another key which made me late to the football game
The location to the field was great and easy to get to and from the field.
Breakfast quality and selection could have been better, but for the money it was acceptable. Quite a few no-customers in the lobby socializing with night clerk. Made me feel uneasy.
Super easy to get to from FedEx 711 was next door so that was a plus Will def be staying again
I liked that the location was near six flags.
The staff there were not helpful. I booked my room on bookings.com and they told me that booking shouldn't have allowed me to get the room that I purchased which included a jacuzzi. I was given the wrong room when I checked in but when I called the front desk lady named ashley helped me and placed me in the room I requested. Early that morning another lady at the front desk was on duty who was not pleasant at all and told me I had to get another room or pay extra for the jacuzzi. She came up with all types of schemes to get me to pay full price.i requested for a smoking room that they didnt have available so they gave me a non smoking room and said that I was smoking and had to pay 50 dollars. I think this was to get the additional 50 for staying in the jacuzzi room from fri-sat. She didnt agree with the price that booking.com gave me and was going to try to get the money 1 way or another. I asked to cancel the room for sat-sunday because I spent more time at the front desk then in my room on my stay fri-sat. The entire hotel smelled like weed but she "CLAIMED our smoke detector went off in our room which is a LIE!" she waited til we left out the hotel to act as if a emergency smoke detector # called and reported our room and that we had to pay 50 dollars for smoking in the room..i think that was her way of getting the 50 out of us because she wanted us to pay 100 for 1 day instead of the 53 dollars deal thru booking.com. I was just disgusted with the entire hotel and wanted to cancel my stay from sat-sunday. The front desk agent then tells me that she may can't give me a refund because it was 10 minutes after noon and noon is considered a new day. I almost raised hell...then her "MANAGER that she was so called on the phone with told her to honor my request. I recommend to not stay at this hotel at all.
Easy check in.
Duck tape in the shower.
