The location to the field was great and easy to get to and from the field.
Breakfast quality and selection could have been better, but for the money it was acceptable. Quite a few no-customers in the lobby socializing with night clerk. Made me feel uneasy.
Super easy to get to from FedEx 711 was next door so that was a plus Will def be staying again
I liked that the location was near six flags.
The staff there were not helpful. I booked my room on bookings.com and they told me that booking shouldn't have allowed me to get the room that I purchased which included a jacuzzi. I was given the wrong room when I checked in but when I called the front desk lady named ashley helped me and placed me in the room I requested. Early that morning another lady at the front desk was on duty who was not pleasant at all and told me I had to get another room or pay extra for the jacuzzi. She came up with all types of schemes to get me to pay full price.i requested for a smoking room that they didnt have available so they gave me a non smoking room and said that I was smoking and had to pay 50 dollars. I think this was to get the additional 50 for staying in the jacuzzi room from fri-sat. She didnt agree with the price that booking.com gave me and was going to try to get the money 1 way or another. I asked to cancel the room for sat-sunday because I spent more time at the front desk then in my room on my stay fri-sat. The entire hotel smelled like weed but she "CLAIMED our smoke detector went off in our room which is a LIE!" she waited til we left out the hotel to act as if a emergency smoke detector # called and reported our room and that we had to pay 50 dollars for smoking in the room..i think that was her way of getting the 50 out of us because she wanted us to pay 100 for 1 day instead of the 53 dollars deal thru booking.com. I was just disgusted with the entire hotel and wanted to cancel my stay from sat-sunday. The front desk agent then tells me that she may can't give me a refund because it was 10 minutes after noon and noon is considered a new day. I almost raised hell...then her "MANAGER that she was so called on the phone with told her to honor my request. I recommend to not stay at this hotel at all.
Easy check in.
Duck tape in the shower.
Great breakfast choices, friendly staff
Bed was sunk in in the middle, door lock didn't always lock...was unlocked all day after housekeeper came in, key had to be recoded twice, shower control was awful to turn on and off
