The beds were very comfortable. the location was OK.
The room smelled musty and maybe like smoke. The shower head was way too low.
Close to freeway and eating
They had wrong date for arrival, had us coming a day earlier. took awhile to straighten out good thing I had the booking papers with me with the correct date
Location Helpful owner/manager
The shower door needs major cleaning Would have liked Kleenex in the room An extra package of coffee would have been nice
Clean and well kept. Bed was good.
Seems overpriced for what it is. Only one unused outlet for charging devices was in the bathroom.
Clean (but dated) and convenient for my needs. "Fair" price for the area. Small refrigerator and microwave handy.
It's not that I didn't like it, but the hotel is dated (more importantly though, it was clean!).
The location was noisy. Difficult to get into and out of the parking lot. The shower has a lot of mineral deposits. The place needs a good remodel.
There was a very strong perfume smell to obviously try to cover up the bad smell in the room. Upon arrival, many doors were propped open(trying to air out the rooms?) The bed comforter felt grimy and there was hair between the sheets. I ended up sleeping on towels and covering the pillow with my shirt. The shower was very moldy and the shower door was corroded!
The staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of parking. Clean room, comfortable bed and microwave, refrigerator. You get a lot for your money!! No breakfast but didn't care since they are all carbs!
A little noisy since right off the highway but it was expected.
It was hard to tell how clean the room was as it was pretty dark, however it looked OK, but I didn't want to go poking around too much. We had a room with two beds; it was tight but workable. WiFi was fine. We were able to find a restaurant for delivery of a pretty decent meal. Stayed one night only.
Bathroom was not clean. Shower had mildew. Shower curtain had dirt smudges on it, or more mildew, couldn't tell which. Old, out of date...that's one thing. But there is no excuse for mildew or dirt. Unbelievable that the room was almost $100 for one night, There are no kitchen facilities. No breakfast, not even rolls and coffee. Cable but not one premium channel like HBO.
Wi Fi and we were placed in a quiet area of hotel
first non smoking room smelled like smoke, but they moved us. Lobby smelled like an Indian restaurant
The place smell like urine And there were black hair on the towel and the bed Also there was NO soap
The room was very clean and had nice ammenities such as wifi, refrigerator, microwave, ironing board and iron and coffee maker.
It did not have any packets of tea with the coffee. It also did not have any hair conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, or a shower cap which would have added greatly to the comfort of the room.
Friendly enough staff - not much interaction with them though. Nice roomy square shower, fine location near TJ's and other stores, good sized room with lots of surface areas to put things.
Shower head was quite low, bathroom pretty small, no filtered water or gym facilities, rough towels, no menu channel on the tv? Wifi seemed slow, but that could have been my computer. I just feel like every hotel/motel I go to in Santa Rosa is overpriced due to location. Can't really find something that feels good for under 100 dollars.
Booking.com shouldn't offer this horrible place! $132 for a night it felt like you stolen my money! Smell Terrible! Holes in the blankets, mold in the Bath, disgusting towels, believe me, you don't want this place even to your worth enemy!! I'm very disappointed with Booking.com!!! Horrible experience!!
Did not require two night minimum on weekend. Close enough to wine areas.
Booked a room, and when we entered we realized we could not stay there. There were "black light" stains all over the upholstered bench. Gross. Drove home instead of sleeping there. Lost our money, but we felt it was worth it.
Toilet leaked . Room Ac turned off so room hot when I got back from work . Towels and toiletries very cheap
Staff has great customer service and clean.
Old structure, even if clean it looked unclean.
Mattress was comfortable at least
1.)Mounds of dust behind furniture, 2.) towels were almost paper thin 3.) rug on floor felt damp 4.) mold and mildew in shower 5.) shower head was designed for really peple 6) place felt old and needed refurbishing. 7) no wifi instructions. 8) staff not available for calls early in am.
This is a fine motel -- classic western "highway" stop.
the bed, shower, microwave, and free parking
- its location is too close to a major intersection with lots of heavy traffic and noise - the bathroom desperately needs remodeling - the meager furniture present was badly worn out
Quiet, clean and comfortable. All the amenities of a larger chain motel. Still a bit of a challenge to enter the property (located almost within an intersection) but discovered the Santa Rosa/Corby exit (southbound) or Santa Rosa/Baker exit (northbound) makes for easiest access.
Would've been nice to have a Comcast rundown list of the TV channels on the nightstand.
Air conditioning. Convenient. Friendly staff.
Broken ironing board. Hair dryer did not work. Plug in bathroom had a problem.
Friendly, helpful owner
Very ordinary accomodations, somewhat cramped...one straight chair but a small, backless bench
