“ I have been using Trip Advisor to search for hotels when I travel. I've been burned countless times trying to use any other web site to tell me about the quality of a hotel. I don't think I've stayed at a Country Inn & Suites that was anything but an excellent experience. Unfortunately, I've tried to book the hotels in different places and found them sold out. ”

The maid service was sloppy-blankets in the closet were dirty with shoe polish looking marks. Mold was growi g around the bath tub, dust bunnies were hand size & around the sink cabinet dirt Was very apparent.

Comfortable, clean and plenty of room. Breakfast included, had good variety. Kids enjoyed the pool. Nice staff.

Like the friendly staff, the cookies, the breakfast and the layout of the room. Flat screens were great, bathroom was great. King size bed was great! The pull out bed was so uncomfortable. You could feel the springs through the mattress. Also, very early in the morning there were little kids running up and down the hallway....very loud, woke my kids up. The parents were yelling for them to stop which was also very loud. between the uncomfortable pull out and the noise of other guests, my kids didn't really get any sleep!

Clean hotel Jacuzzi in room!!! Comfortable bed Convenient location No bed bugs :-) Room was not vacuumed well, especially in parts that were not in plain view

Basically we liked the room. Especially the large screen T,V, couch and chair, plus micro wave and refrigerator. Curtains couldn't be closed, letting alot of light in from outside business's and traffic. Drains in the tub and sink wouldn't drain because the stopper wouldn't stay open.

We had a Wonderful stay! Staff was excellent and very helpful and friendly! We had a great vacation. The kids loved the pool and the breakfast was always great!

The price, the size &the decor in rooms, comfortable beds, great breakfast buffet. Our room was dusty to the point you could draw a line in the dust. The heater unit had lint in the louvers.

The breakfast was a winner. The hotel is relatively new, so it still had the clean, new look to it. The location was great...lots of shopping nearby. I couldn't get a later checkout. :-(

I liked just about everything. When you know that you are have a Huge event in town you might want to adjust accordingly your breakfast time. We had to be at WKU at 6:45 and breakfast wasn't ready until 7.

Very nice clean room and hotel for the price and a good breakfast. The indoor pool area was small and crowded.

room was clean spacious and bed was very comfortable. All staff were friendly and helpful. Microwave was sticky with food residue. No darkening curtains - outside lights were intrusive at night.

The rooms were very comfortable When we checked in me and my child the front desk lady was not very helpful information on the ammenities had my daughter not noticed a sign we did not know they offered breakfast I had to call down the next morning to find out where it was

Never been to bg before and everyone my qruestions or found an answer for me. All the staff were friendly, made a request to house keeping and the housekeeper went beyond what I request the effort made my stay special. Somewhat confusing to get to from the highway, so many other businesses around and hotel faces the highway but the address is a street that runs purpendicular to the front of the hotel.

We stayed in a king size suite for three nights. The room and hotel were very clean and modern. The location was perfect for shopping and sight seeing. The breakfast selection was good with different main dish choices each morning. On Sunday morning, breakfast was overcrowded and not properly stocked, so we had to go out for our own food.

Our rooms were comfortable and had room for everyone to move around...we like suites when we go on vacation so that our kids have a place to play. Their breakfast was good....a nice selection and everyone could find something to eat. The pool was little but big enough to have fun in. The rooms could be a little more clean
