Clean and close to airport.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful, the room was clean and welcoming.

Staff very pro-active and friendly.

We had to wait 45 minutes for our shuttle from the airport to the hotel. We kept looking for the van and wasn't told until I called back that there were 3 different hotel names on the van. The problem was our hotel name wasn't on the side we would see. It was on the other side. Also there breakfast doesn't start till 7 am so if you have an early flight you get no breakfast.

room was spacious; always like the refrigerator in the room; staff was very efficient and friendly.

elevator oddly located near one end - which was quite far from my parents room and Mom has a hard time walking. But this wouldn't be easy to change ! And it was only a minor issue (not at all an issue to me - I use the stairs!)

Waited 1.5 hrs for shuttle. Booked for a family of four and was given a room with one bed and a broken hideaway couch. Despite breakfast included, I left at 6 am with no food or fresh coffee... Really!! Continental Breakfast should be offered for the early birds

I was very impressed with the breakfast offered so very early in the morning. I didnt have any, so I cant comment on the taste, but there was a variety, and much more than I would have expected to see.

The shuttle took a long time to arrive (had to call twice). When I spoke with the person on the line the second time, there was no apolgy or anything, her attitude was very condecending. Upon arrival, there wasnt a warm greeting. Although I was the only person checking in, I felt like a number or an object. The service though effecient was generally cold and felt more like you are a nuisance than a welcome guest. The hotel room felt creepy because it is so very worn and in need of upgrading . . .. though everything worked. The air condition was very noisy.

The room rates were very reasonable, and the free continental breakfast was very good.

The business center only had one PC with one printer, and the printer was very slow.

we only stayed one night before a early morning flight out of bush loved that is was so close the airport and the staff was wonderfuls with lot of little extras like coffee in the lobby and "go" bags with apples and water and granola when we didn't have time for breakfast.

Did not know which gate my spouse was at the airport and he had to stand in the cold for nearly 2 hours. Am sure the driver knew where gate for Frontier was but lady at desk said had to know gate number and his phone was not working right and I couldn't get him. Had been told van went every 30 minutes and we had not worried about it. Carolyn Irvine

The staff was friendly. This was very quet place that I loved. For such price, it is just excellent hotel!

I could not connect to Internet in the room - it was something about cardbus and I am not a tech savvy-(

Excellent stay although just for one night before flying back to England. To be highly recommended.

Das Hotel liegt 10 Autominuten von Intercontinentalental Flughafen Georg Bush entfernt. Eine Minute zum Autobahn Anschluss. 25 Minuten bis ins Stadt Centrum. Personal ist freundlich, Zimmer in Gutem Zustand, bequeme große bequeme Betten. Frühstück typisch Amerikanisch mit frischem Obst, Obstsäfte und wer mag kann sich selber frische Waffeln machen und die sind sehr gut. Shuttle Service vom und zum Flughafen gratis

Como en la gran mayoria de los hoteles en America, la arrogancia del personal. No entienden que estan en un puesto en el que la amabilidad y el servicio esta incluido enj el sueldo. No me querian dar la factura me estaban remitiendo a Bookings...... Es increible

La réception n'a pas voulu me délivrer de facture pour me faire rembourser par ma comptabilité et je ne sais pas combien sera débité de ma carte bleue.
