Great location and services. Its design mixes old and new stuff. One of the days it took them too long to clean up the room (after 5pm)

The staff was great, friendly above any hotel I have stayed. The room was clean, always smelled wonderful when I came in from the hot New orleans streets. Bed and pillows were the best ever. The bartender was a nice guy, great conversations. The guys outfront always had a taxi waiting at my request. Oh and those cookies in the lobby were wonderful. Thanks for making my 18 year old grandson and I have a wonderful memory. No vent in the bathroom

One of the better downtown hotels in New Orleans. An old building repurposed as a hotel, but with no compromises. Nice lobby, with direct access to a small private pool, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast included in the price of the room, and friendly and competent staff. Excellent location, easy access to the Quarter and to downtown and the Garden District. A welcome exception to much of what passes for hotels in NOLA. I will be staying here again, and will be recommending the hotel to my business associates and friends.

It was a very quiet hotel, considering the location. The size of the swimming pool and temperature, felt more like a hot tub. The air to the bedroom is connected to the the air in the sitting area... making it too cold in the sitting area or too hot in the bedroom.

The location is perfect. Close to French Quarter but away from the noise. Breakfast being included saved having to line up with masses of tourists at restaurants every day. Excellent choice of breakfast available. Room was excellent, clean and spacious.Fridge and microwave in room as well as coffee maker. Staff very friendly and helpful. Pool was nice, and bar available. Only one elevator to our section and it was small and slow. Apart from that I can't think of anything I didn't like.

The old charm of the lobby. The location. The cleanleas. The breakfast was better than most hotels. The staff was pleasant. The room we had was really small and the bathroom needs to be updated. The room needs a bigger safe. The view of the old dirty building was not pleasant. The room was also loud during the night due to wood and tile floors as we had the room next to the elevators.

Country Inn was especially well placed for a trip to New Orleans which basically means "French Quarter" Hotel makes guests very welcome and has a nice lobby to sit with a coffee in the evening if you are not ready for bed. Good breakfast selection every day. Everything that mattered was within just a few minutes walk although it was just outside the French Quarter. Nice little pool in an inner court yard. Not the fault of this hotel but rear facing rooms get woken by garbage removal in early hours each morning, Country Inn needs to invest in sound deadening double glazing.

The concierge was friendly and helpful. Staff seem nice. Room was OK-nice to have a fridge and microwave. The pool was so hot my grandson got burned just putting his feet into it. This was not corrected in time for him to swim during our stay. I had to leave for my flight at 0500 and there was no coffee or anything ready for me.Our 2nd room was not ready until almost 5pm which made it hard to settle in. Way overpriced for what you get.

the hotel design is awesome and the structure in general is really impressive some rooms have no Windows, and this is extremely bad, the staff is not enough kind and respectful. Breakfast ends at 9.30 a.m., too early honestly!

I've never been so pleased with the customer service of a hotel. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. We were treated like VIP's at an expensive hotel and the cost was just the opposite. You will get your money's worth staying at this hotel. I read complaints about noise. We didn't experience any issue while there at all. We will definitely be back

The decor, ambience, the lobby (beautiful), the staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and spacious. An excellent hotel. I also liked that the hotel put up reminders to guests to be quiet after 11:00 p.m. to ensure guests had a restful sleep. N/A

Conveniently located just close enough (but far enough) from Bourbon Street. Perfect for a New Orleans weekend trip. Helpful staff, very friendly. Complimentary breakfast. Complimentary cookies all day. Complimentary cookies all day - I definitely had my fill. Open air lobby - made for a noisy morning for people with balcony rooms.

Great location! Very friendly stuff. Great help with tours and directions with the concierge. Very beautiful building with cozy lobby. Little space for breakfast set up so guests have to wait in line to get the food from the buffet.
