Score from 551 reviews Good
Clean and tidy, good location.
Room lacked chairs. Staff not always very friendly or helpful.
Every one very helpfull.
Nothing was very nice
Location is perfect
We did not get the room that we booked, they said is was a mistake of Booking :-p Breakfast was absolutely not good!
It was very close to French quarter and could walk everywhere. But was not right in the middle of the craziness which was good. Lovely building.
Gym really poor. Breakfast just ok really bad powdered? eggs cheap bacon etc during mardi gras room was near 300$ per night and it really isn't worth it. Also, not really any food in hotel besides breaky and snacks but nothing for late night and will not bring anything to your room.
People. Porters. Concierge. Maids. Barmen. Front desk folks. All top-notch.
That we couldn't stay longer.
Cookies and wifi
The complementary breakfast was convenient and good.
The noise level was quite high, from both the neighbouring room and the lobby. The open architecture of the hotel is unfortunate. The lack of windows in our room was unpleasant.
great location; a stones throw from the parade and walking distance to the majority of attractions
pretty good overall
I loved the location. People were very friendly. Close to everything.
The staff was AMAZING
Ambiance of hotel; book lending policy; great staff
Breakfast ok but a bit limited
Location ... comfort. Great bed. Quiet rooms.
Arrived at 1.00 pm but couldn't check-in until 4.00 which was OK but disappointed that I couldn't access any free Wifi until we'd checked in as I wanted to research some of the things to do in N.O.
the staff was awesome
The cleanliness of the hotel. The staff mannerism was excellent.
Temperature of room was cozy.
Paper-thin walls. Loud guests. uncomfortable pull-out bed/couch. No English speaking attendants but was cordial.
The staff was awesome, especially Brittany at front desk, she gets it done!
Great location for walking around the City All of the staff were extremely pleasant, helpful and positive. One young man, valet (Eric, I think) who is attending SE LA was tasked with taking our things to the offsite parking garage and was positive the whole way! Kudos to all
Good location, nice breakfast, comfortable beds and overall good service
Dark rooms with no view and staff promised check in at the wrong time making us return early to the hotel and made it worse by giving inconsistent explanations on why we could not get room the promised time
All kitchen/ wait staff from the breakfast were amazing. So friendly & helpful. The Valet Staff also were very friendly & worked as quickly as they could given all the parades going on. Comfortable beds.
The front desk staff never seemed to prioritize you as a customer. We paid cash for a cot that we did not receive. We had to sleep 3 to a bed the first night but did not complain the next morning only called & asked that they make certain to send us one for our 2nd night since it was apparently already paid for. Upon check out there was over $30 extra charged to the card for "rollaway" for 2 nights... The clerk argued w/ my husband that they would not remove the charges from our bill. After a little shouting, the issue was resolved. & as for the $25 cash, Apparently the front desk clerk from the night before pocketed that as a personal tip. Front desk needs a little TLC training.
Curtains blocked the outside lights
Bumping into the wall next to the bed
The place is very charming and closes to any activity we did. It was quiet too.
secure check in & out
1-To ck in early the extra $25 and pay for Parking after you paid that for the room ridiculous and then the room had a odor i had to lit my candle to get it out and then you are advertising food that the hotel doesn't cook. And then $11 for a drink when it should have been free.
Everthing,Great breakfast,Helpful staff
