Staff, stained sheets and carpet, tired-looking room
Loved everything was amazing
Dining room is not big enough to handle breakfast crowd.
Waffles at breakfast.
Carpet, stained and dirty in room.
Walking distance to subway, decent and safe neighborhood. Breakfast was good.
House keeping was very noisy and rude. The curtain in my room couldn't close completely thus there was always sunshine in room which disturbed our sleep.
The location is the only thing that was good
Bedbugs!!!!!! I found at least 3 bedbugs in my room. I took photos and called the front desk. They sent someone to look at it and got me another room. That was good. But they refused to admit there were bedbugs. I requested to talk to the manager but failed. When I checked out they told me i would be contacted by the manager but i haven't got any calls or emails until today.
service room behavior
Bed, pillows - super. Overall room was very comfortable. Location good, close to metro downtown, airports. Breakfast as a bonuss.
Somtimes wifi was unstable, tv remote control was bad.
Management was rude the night manager we are adults not his child
We had a great time
I liked everything about it.very clean ,good spot to get on the trans n also a good spot if you drove down like I did.parking at the corner parking lot n a gas station with everything in it...excellent...the view was beautiful at night looking at the queen bridge n the breakfast was good except the eggs n potatoes because I like flavor n I can cook...but very awesome for my 2yr old son n fiance
eggs n potatoes for breakfast but they had lots more to cover that...
the price was right. the rooms were clean . a little chilly-- drafty windows . but over all not bad at all . Close enough to the City and parking really isn't an issue.. right down the street is a decent parking lot/garage. there is NO street parking .
The phones did not work for a week prior to our trip so questions couldn't be answered-- this was a big deal regarding safety. The 'city view' .. someone's kitchen window..... not really the view we were anticipating :(
the folks were very kind and had a sense of humor. the rooms were clean, parking isn't as bad as i anticipated.
the bed was too firm ( personal problem ) the incoming phones to the hotel were lame .. and didn't work. consistently .
Proximity to Manhattan, Wifi
my room was in the basement and there is no view
Breakfast and convenience to subway
Staff is unkind and stubborn!
Found on street parking, the room was a great size for the price, room was clean and very comfortable.
Housekeeping staff was very present- and somewhat oblivious to our presence. They vacuumed the hallway while we were waiting for the elevator and we got tangled in the cords. It was almost comical.
the view from the 8th floor.
The view of NYC from the room was good, The room was clean, Wifi good. Short walk to train into into NYC. Breakfast good.
Udoben hotel, ne daleč od mesta
Near to subway and short journeys to most places in Manhattan. Good breakfast, helpful staff.
Restaurant got a bit overcrowded at breakfast especially at weekends, with not enough seating.
EVERY THING IS GOOD
Room was spacious. location was good. Subway station very close. Breakfast is good But too many people and a few tables
Staff at the front desk are very unpolite and kind of rude. Do not count with any help from them. Definitely this point and the high prices are the worst about this hotel
