Comfort Suites Airport, a hotel near the Tucson International Airport in Tucson Arizona.
Score from 139 reviews Very good
Staff extremely helpful at all hours, nice choices for breakfast, and always able to get coffee, tea and cookies at any time of the day. Room was wonderfully quiet, beds very comfortable, and non-feather pillows available. Great experience. Would definitely stay here again.
Clean Comfortable Great Breakfast.
Added $35.00 to bill an said it was Booking .coms problem.
The room, was very clean and neat, free breakfast had hot food and waffles, the room was small but a king size bed and a big bathroom!
The room only had 2 chairs t o sit in
nice place, whats not to like?
Christina at front desk was very nice and helpful, we received unlimited bottled waters, 24 hour coffee and tea and cookies, clean room and lobby, great value
The hot breakfast that they advertise was terrible. If breakfast is a big deal to you, don't let that be the deciding factor with this hotel. They have a decent continental breakfast, but the hot options are gross.
Comfy of course, quiet, clean, and plenty of hot water. Also good sound-proofing and a nice breakfast.
Just can't understand why hotel bathrooms don't have working exhaust fans so a person can do her hair after her husband has a shower, and why room A/C never has a "leave on" fan setting, whether or not the heat or A/C is actually running, so there is some movement of air and some white noise. It is a mystery to me!
Friendly, classical background music rather than being blasted with other music. Desk staff very kind and helpful. Breakfast fine. Room comfortable. Things were fine except location.
Location was a problem for me because I had to find the place at night, but that is not the hotel's problem. I wish there had been a restaurant nearby because I had not had dinner and since it was dark by the time I got there, I did not want to roam around to find something. You need a restaurant guide. I didn't see one. Since there are other hotels in the area, if one of those nearby has dining in their facility perhaps you could point that out. Perhaps reciprocal room service such as the Wyndam suites in El Paso gives room service to the Michrotel next door. Of course they are related.
The suite was very nice.Location was good.I felt safe there even taking the dogs out late at night.Hotel was very clean, staff was friendly.Outside area was also clean and we'll kept.
Very close to the Airport.
Location proximity to Davis Monthan and Pima Air Museum
The room had outside noise all night- like a ventilation duct.
Close to rhe airport. Good quality rooms, bathrooms and furnishings. Reliable company
Close to airport and the staff was more than accommodating. The front office girl printed out mapquest for me which was very helpful to me. Free shuttle service to airport and quiet rooms.
Friendly, convenient and clean. Yea!
The staff, the free shuttle to the airport. At least one window opens.
The top bed cover looks tired.
Too popular very hard to find parking After 10 PM on Saturday nite. ?? Maybe overbooked ??
The lobby and breakfast
The facility was going through a facelift but only two rooms were complete and ours wasn't one of them. There was no blow dryer in our room and when I went to the front desk to borrow one she didn't have one. I asked if I could then get into another room to use one since she could not provide one and maintenance was not on duty - first she argued with me as to the existence of the dryer. Then she gave me a key which she had programmed to an empty room - however she did not go with me and when I entered the room that she had given me the key to zit was very apparent that this was someone's room as there was personal items on the bathroom counter and I promptly left the room and returned to the front desk. I don't know if someone was sleeping in the bed or not and didn't want to find out - if that was my room I would be more that furious if the front desk inadvertently have someone a key to my room - that is completely unacceptable -

My room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was also very attentive and helpful.
We were there 3 nights. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Helpful staff. Continental breakfast was way above average with many choices. Near many restaurants. Met all our needs.
Nice staff, good breakfast, good value.
Wi-Fi didnt work first night, and is open with no security. Risky to use, and not very reliable.
The tone of the staff was very poor. I didnt feel the staff was happy to have me. Only one associate (happened to be the front desk manager) was friendly and inviting. Most other staff members spoke to me in what seemed like "annoyed" tones. The evening check in agent (Carol) needs to consider a position outside if customer service because she has none. Retraining is in order for her. Carol should use a more accommodating attitude. I did not feel welcomed when I arrived. A hotel should feel inviting.
The staff was friendly and greeted us. Also rooms were spacious and exactly what we asked for. They had open breakfast and accommodations to our specific request while we traveled with our dog.
