Staff were friendly and make you feel at home. I attended Kentucky Derby Marathon - when asked if shuttle available to take me downtown to the event, One of the staff member (sorry did not get the name) told - shuttle is for Airport only but she offered to take me herself downtown the morning of the race - Above and beyond customer services nothing really - hotel is going through renovation and upgrade - to be expected work around the hallway etc

I loved the updated facility and the friendliness of the staff. The hot tub jets didn't work and the breakfast was a little bland.

I enjoyed the easy feel and the breakfast buffet was great. The bathtub in my shower would not drain. I had to stand in water from the previous shower. Nasty!! When I checked in they could not find my reservation.

The staff and all the amenities, had a handicap person w/me and the staff was SO helpful and friendly! We appreciated it! They said cookies in lobby 24/7, never happened.....when they did make the cookies, they whisked them away for some staff meeting.... :(

Exercise room was hot! Air condition wasn't plug in. 90 plus degrease, tub in room had mold around the drain.

Good location for special event. Hotel staff was quite accomodating. Breakfast selection was average, but the Lady running the breakfast area was exceptional. Pillows are well beyond the point of replacement. Hotel provided shuttle to nearby event.

we were there for the Derby and the location was great..very close rooms are in the process of being upgraded, will be nicer when complete scratchy towels expensive due to Derby weekend
