The room is very confortable, the breakfast is great and there are a lot of stories at a walking distance, including Khols, ToysRus and an excellent cuban restaurant La Carreta.

Good all-around starting point when you have planned many escapades around Miami. The price is good without being extremely good but you get what you pay for. The manager made our arrival nice and easy.

It has a frequented road by the pool side, the noisy traffic are able to see the pool so it removes charm for a swim. Also, many members of the staff seemed to speak only spanish and were not smiling a lot.

Elevator very slow

The staff here is wonderful, very helpful. Breakfast is good and the location could not be better. Just off the turnpike, yet quiet. Part of a large shopping district situated around a small lake. A great stay. We'll be back!

I liked the fact that it was a suite so we could have our grandchildren visit and there was room for watching tv or just hanging out.

Would rather have had a room on the first floor and the bathroom is so far from the bed, it is hard for seniors to go that far at night. Also THE ELEVATOR IS THE SLOWEST I HAVE EVER SEEN!

I like the location, and is a nice place to stay.

I didn't like that at 11pm when I was sleeping somebody call my room saying they are front desk, that they lost my info. They ask for my credit card a gave them all my info, when I when down I ask why they call me at that time they told me they didn't call my room, I want to know how a phone call goes to my room and front desk say they didn't put it through, my understanding is that they are the one who gives my room # to any person who calls the hotel , I had to pay $35.00 to cancel my creditcard, also you should change the T.V. for flat T.V., thank you...

A little "old", but overall a good value since it was clean and in a safe area.

Located in retail park next to big shops.(we bought lots of clothes!) Very nice, lovely room, comfortable beds.Nice breakfast, xlean well organised and all facilities on the doorstep.

The breakfast was very good th first two days. Thursday breakfast was very poor. It appeared they ran out of food, Had to go outside for breakfast

The hotel is full of black mold. My wife got sick from it. Staff did nothing about complaint.

Friendly people, great location, near all kinds of stores and restaurants. Nice breakfast. I will stay there again for sure.

Only one elevator. The pool could be heated.

The room smells bad. Bathroom is in poor shape. Toilet rocks and loose. Shower curtain does not close completely so water gets out over the floor. Shower faucet does not turn off water so it drips.

We stopped here just as an overnight and the room was spacious and comfy and very clean, staff were helpfull and breakfast very good. We wanted to visit Everglades National Park which is only about 15 miles away so it served our purpose nicely

Arrived for funeral and staff allowed us to check in early when I explained the circumstance. Staff friendly, helpful.

Room was small but comfortable. Housekeeping staff had conversation in Spanish in hallway.
