I like the location and the fact that many restaurant are near by.

hygiene inside and outside the hotel is very poor. Lot of eye soar. The breakfast lacks quality. Its one of the worst hotel I ever stayed at that price!

Room was a motel room not a suite. It was well worn facility. Parking poor. Very poor value. Never stay at one of these again.

Fairly quiet, room was clean, bed comfortable.

The stainless steel toilet paper stand was rusted and corroded which took away from the overall cleanliness of the bathroom.

Remodeling was done but not completed well in anyone's eyes. Cannot use toilet and leave bathroom door open to hear phone or television. Wallpaper in first room, 517, not only was coming off but moldy behind drape. Room 412 on the next stay was so noisy and the fire alarm went off during the night too! Driving miss daisy was the shuttle service from the airport and the van was filthy, uphostry on bench seat was all torn up, no handle to get into the van.

I liked the suite with extra room.

The sleeper sofa was a torture device to sleep on, You could feel every spring just by running your hand over it.

It was clean and a good value for the money. The breakfast was also a good continental breakfast.

It was too far away from our activities. This is not the hotel's fault, but in order to get a decent price, we had to go further out than we wanted.

Staff very friendly. Convenient to the airport. Could park car at hotel while gone for an encomical amount.

Every staff member with which I dealt was very friendly and helpful. Suite was very clean and comfortable. Closeness to airport was very nice. Shuttle to airport was a nice bonus.

Pillows were a little too soft for my wife and I.

I stay at this Country Inn couple times a year and its always been a positive experience staying here. Conveniently located right outside the airport and a short drive away from downtown Nashville, it's a comfortable place to stay with friendly staff.

Staff was considerate and nice.

The door had a large opening at the bottom that let the hallway noise in our room. The fan on the heating/air conditioning made a noise upon coming on every time. The toilet had not been cleaned, as there was urine on the bottom of the pedistal that was still there. At 4:30AM we were awoken by staff yelling down the hall working and preparing meals for others in the hotel. It was not a restful night and would not recommend it to anyone if this was the room they were given and their room was in this condition. Was disappointed, because I have stayed in Country Inn & Suites before and was well satisfied, but not this particuliar one....not a good one for sure!

Stayed 3 nites no one asked if we needed anything. Bed never made. Matteress pads didnt fit bed and each morning was sleeping on the matteress. Sheets were so stretched out didnt stay on bed. Garbage cans never emptied. Towels never changed asked if we could have new towels brought towels up that were clean didnt take the dirty ones , called and asked about dirty ones old to throw in hallwaywhich we did and didnt get picked up till 2 days later.

My experience at the Country Inn & Suites was incredible! Everyone was so friendly and helpful (especially Rose). All the workers were willing to answer any questions I had and gave great information and advice. The free breakfast was amazing as well! Our room was great and everything we expected and more. The hotel is very close to the Opry Mills Mall and only a 10 min cab ride from Downtown. If I ever return to Nashville, which I definately will, this hotel is where I'll be staying!

shuttle situation to the airport, got picked up at the airport ok, but in the morning when we needed the shuttle to take us back to the airport, told us it did not start until 6 a.m., and that we would have to pay before that time, agreed to pay, and then the lady never showed up, total confusion.

I was very dissatisfied with the room. There were cob webs along the ceiling. The bath room was probably the worst set up I have experienced. You couldnt hardly shut the door for privacy because of the setup. The shower curtain was worthless. It was thread barron, you could see through it. The water pressure and shower head were unacceptable.

Great bed. Wonderful pillows.

Water never got warm enough. It's as though the hot water heater wasn't turned up enough. Also, the work-out facility was quite poor. There were 4 pieces of equipment to use and 2 of the 4 were broken. Total bummer.

There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom so the mirror fogged and you could not see to get ready. Closet was small and there was no mirror/Make area outside the bathroom. The toilet float did not always re seat, so you had to go back and stop it from running. As we were checking in there were two people at the desk, but since they had t answer calls, make reservation and help guests with room issues, they were too busy. I suggest you spread the responsibilities to others that aren't there to help customers.

One breakfast worker acted put out everytime you asked for something that was out on the breakfast bar. She was so heavy it was wearing her out walking back and forth from the back of the supply room.

Convenience to air travel. The beds were PERFECT. The Breakfast was a pleasant surprise.
