This hotel has to have the friendliest staff and they provide a great service to and from the airport of Newark. I would rate this hotel one of the best Ive ever stayed in. The breakfast is ok and the Jersey Gardens Outlet Shopping Centre is directly across the road. Worth a Visit |

This is a cheap, modern hotel that is suitable only for those passing through the airport early or late in the day. It is close to the airport but surprisingly hard to find if you are driving yourself. Directions and signage in the area set new low standards. Once there however, it is very well placed for getting away quickly on route 95. The midnight reception staff were helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was at the low end of wretched, crowded, everything disposable including the food. Ok if you want just a toasted bagel and tea. |

Waffles with strawberries and whipped cream. Proximity to Jersey Garden Mall. Upon arrival only one of the two reservations were available and hotel desk staff would not acknowledge second reservation. First we were told we couldn't get the second room at the same rate, then we were told there were no rooms available. When we asked to speak to management, we were told management was not available, and had to find out from maintenance staff who we could talk to. Upon talking to VP everything was cleared. We always stay at Country Inns and Suites and this is a first time we've had trouble. We will not stay at the Elizabeth, NJ hotel again. |

Proximity to the Jersy Gardens Mall and two restaurants - the Diner and the breakfast place ( I can;t remember the name now). I did not like the attitude of the hotel staffas regards communication. No effort was made to brief us on the facilities or how we can get around. The availability of shopping pecks fat the nearby mall was never communicated until we found out and requested. I believe that this hotel is used mostly by visitors. They therefore need to be well guided. Hotel staff need to be more connected to visitor |

La camera era molto grande con letto king, soggiorno e due tv, ampi armadi. Pulito e comodo all'aereoporto ed allo Shopping Mall Jersey (che non è molto interessante). Alcuni ristoranti di catene steakhouse a due passi. Ideale per riposarsi dopo il viaggio aereo. Lo shuttle per l'aereoporto è arrivato con 45 minuti di ritardo! E alla reception ci dicevano che stava per arrivare! Per fortuna che avevamo tempo, ma è stata una gran seccatura |

Je n'ai pas pu séjourné dans cet hotel car il était complet malgré ma réservation, certes faite à 19h00 pour la nuit même, mais validée par Booking ! La personne de l'accueil m'a réservée une chambre 20km plus loin, mais très agréable, au Courtyard Edison Woodbridge. Merci à elle. |

El personal es muy atento y está dispuesto a ayudar y a responder cualquier inauietud. No me gusto que la cafetera del cafe esté ubicada en el baño ya que no lo considero adecuado. |

det lå perfekt i forhold til Jersey Gardens, god morgenmad, godt værelse vi fik at vide at Jersey Gardens åbnede kl 7.00 men da vi kom derover var det kun yderdårene men ikke butikkerne, de åbnede først kl. 10. Det syntes vi godt han kunne have gjort opmærksom på. Evt bordreservation ved morgenmaden der var rigtig lang kø ved maden, da der var en skole |

El servicio de shuttle al aeropuerto, el cual es puntual y constante. El desayuno que es muy completo. El hecho de que se encuentre enfrente del mall y al lado de un restaurante es muy conveniente. El gerente es una persona muy servicial y que siempre va más allá de lo esperado. Tuvimos que quedarnos otra noche, y para lograr que nos repetaran la tarifa, tuve que volver a entrar a internet y reservarla a través de aquí, porque si no, nos quería cobrar la señorita una tarifa más alta. |

Me levantaron a la hora pedida. A mi y a mi esposa nos alojaron en una habitacion para senior y nos cobraron como huespedes normales. Nos hemos hospedado en ese hotel con anterioridad y obtuvimos por esa habitacion un descuento. Tambien estuvimos hospedados en otras habitaciones en ocasiones anteriores y pagamos el precio convenido, pero por una mejor habitacion |
