Pretty much everything!

Wayyyy too much chlorine in the hot tub!!!!

I requested rooms together and got them. My elderly mother was along and got rooms on the main level and close to lobby. Breakfast was very good.

Whirlpool was a bit too hot.

The breakfast was very nice. The room was kept up every day.

Pool water was too cold to actually swim. The workout room was a bit of a joke, the treadmill needs rewaxed, the bike is so outdated and hard to use, the stepper didn't work.

Quiet hotel, stayed a Sunday night for a quick getaway with a friend from out of town. No problem checking in/out. Close to the expressway, city of Chicago, shops, restaurants, etc. Room very clean, a little stuffy but nothing an hour out of the room with a window open couldn't fix.

Pool was so small it was laughable, glad I wasn't there for swimming! Girl working the night/ wee hours of 3/10/13 was funny, asked her did where was the ice machine and she replied "around the corner and also on the 3rd floor, no clue if there's any ice though!"

The comforter is super soft, thick and comfortable! They even have extra blankets. Better than what I had in some of the four star hotels. It's in a quiet location, and I like the fact that it has a large front yard and does not face the road directly.

A little bit far from the airport - 15 minutes drive, and they only offer shuttles on clock.

Facilities are in poor condition. Had a leak in my bathroom ceiling which was poorly patched by a piece of sheetrock screwed into the ceiling. Obviously this was a recurring problem.

The comfort, air quality and freindliness extended from the time I drove in to my room. The bed, desk, breakfast room, etc were very comfortable.

Some guests congregated in the hallway and talked, hooped and yelled - this kept me up when I finally turned in at 11:30PM. It lasted (off-and-on) for about 30-40 minutes. Perhaps a policy posted in the hallway about "quiet time" may help - or - isolate groups from other huests if possible.

the front desk personnel were extremely helpful and friendly and cleared up an issue with the booking with no problems. I heard them giving directions for other guests several times with no impatience and with no feeling that the guest was being rushed even though the desk was busy. We particularly liked the gentleman who took care of the breakfast area -- he was very kind and the area was kept clean and well stocked during the entire time we were in that room. He is an asset to your hotel.

They stop serving Eggs for some reason and when i ask all i got is i was told not to cook them anymore i ask he had eggs he said yes but he could not cook then front desk did not know why either

We read in the hotel handbook that there would be crispy bacon and biscuit and gravy. Neither was offered instead it was sausage and runny eggs. There were potatoes and waffles. Our daughter left her toothbrush at home and to my surprise they were out at the desk. Bed was comfortable, but airplane noise was unexpected.

The location was close to the airport. They had free 24 hour shuttle service from the airport and the staff was friendly about picking guest up. The complimentary breakfast was pretty good. For a one night stay in the city, it was perfect.

I wish the breakfast had of lasted longer. The location is somewhat remote and you must rely on the shuttle service to get to other public transportation. The shuttle bus runs every hour on the hour, so if you need shuttle service beginning on the half hour, be prepared to wait 30 min.

Most everything was fine

The pool was quite cloudy so not clear water. I had been here the week before and it was about the same. Breakfast is nice but they definitely need a new toaster as only one side toasted

It's location and fair price.

It is not comparable to the other Country Inn and Suites we stayed before. It reminded us of a Day's Inn or similar.

Nenhum Restaurante ou lugar para comer por perto e o Hotel quase sem nenhuma opcao a nao ser salgadinhos.

L'hotel ha una navetta gratuita per l'aeroporto. E' una struttura confortevole, stanza pulita, personale disponibile.

Motel niveau supèrieur aux Motels 6 &co. Son seul dèfaut : vraiment loin de tout avec une navette toute les heures pour l aèroport avec besoin de tèlèphoner depuis l aèroport même si on a confirmè le matin. Grande chambre très calme. Petit dèj sans surprise.

Shuttle was on time!

shuttle only once an hour. Taxi from airport is over 25USD! Breakfast is modest. service desk not at all customer oriented. There is no restaurant/bar in the hotel or nowhere near.

Friendly, accomodating staff. Easy to get to airport/city. close to golf and other ammenities. Budget friendly!

Bathroom fan didnt work, no complaints otherwise.

I was staying that the Country Inn and Suites because my flight left early in the morning from O'Hare Airport. It was perfect place just to sleep and the free shuttle leaves every hour in the morning. So I was able to get to the airport in perfect time for my flight!
