It offered Smoking Rooms. I will always pay extra or go off the beaten path to find hotels that allow smoking. some of the guest were loud.

The room was very clean, although the products used to make the room smell fresh was a little strong. The pool are was nice. The bed was comfortable and I appreciated the many pillows. They, too, were comfortable. The shower was powerful and stayed warm. The breakfast was not appealing and the coffee tasted really bad. I was glad Starbucks was in walking distance.

The location off the 10 was perfect. The room was spacious. Waffles were great!! No cut up fresh fruit for my vegetarian, and limited vegetarian food choices.

Good location and proximity to restaurant. Good continental breakfast and dining area. Big bathroom. Room clean. Easy access to room. Water potable, no bad taste. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Fridge freezer defrost tray was full of water, which could easily run out or spill, potentially wetting the floor and carpet. Room (206) a bit far from ice machine and water/beverage sources.

The room was fine. Close proximity to the airport. When went to check in the man at the front desk informed us we had not canceled one of the two rooms we were checking in to. I showed him the paperwork showing confirmation of cancelation and he would not believe me. I hope I have not been billed for the 2nd room. If I have been, I will be contacting your company! He also checked us in under a strange way.

When I arrived a maintenance man was hanging out in my room acting like he was repairing the faucet. Was to exhausted to argue. Smokeless room smelled like smoke, drab surroundings, never saw a maid, left early. Yuuuch! Driving away

Location was good for us. Pool was nice. An alarm went off about 4:00 in the morning for about 5 - 10 minutes. No adjustment was made on our bill for a half-night of sleep. The manager was unable to do anything about our concerns. The breakfast was ok except there was no fruit on our first morning and the second morning the sausage was old and dried up.

Bed was comfortable. In room coffee maker was provided, but with only one four cup coffee setup. The desk failed to set up our earley morning shuttle to the air port. I was forced to argue with management to get me a taxi at their expense in order to make our early morning flight. I think the advertisement should read " shuttle to and from air port can be arranged ", as they use an unmarked personal mini van. To use it you have to take a free bus airport bus (ten minuet ride)to a Metro link light rail stop, cross two major city streets to a Circle k convience store.The room was not very clean and the card reader door lock was a hit and miss (it took about five minuets to get it to open all three times we used it) arrangement.
