Location and access to major routes is great. The staff was friendly and helpful especially when there was a problem with my reservation
Bed was a bit hard. Some 'in room' info was missing like Check Out time and room location compared to other things at the Inn.
Room service evening meal. Comfy bed. Did manage to print boarding passes eventually from computer in lobby (free).
Breakfast fairly non existent although the waffles were very good. Very noisy air con but to be fair it was over 90° outside. Hard to sleep as either too hot or too noisy. Okay forva one night stopover.
Everything was very Disgusting the smell of the rooms are very bad they smell like dirt so so sorry but it is the truth
I received no amenities which were supposed to be available as advertised on the website for a pool and hot tub. also the front desk let somebody into my room was not authorized gave them two keys
Very good location (walking distance) for a course I was taking. Has a nice pool/hot tub for relaxing in after the day. The hotel met all my basic needs (microwave, fridge, coffee, AC, free wifi).
Not the most comfortable bed (a bit hard for my liking); the decor could use a major overhaul; and while they offer complimentary breakfast, if you want any nutrients, you're better off heading to the Starbucks next door!
The swimming pool was always clean and the housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were quiet even with a large group of motorcycle riders that came in late at night. Gabby at the front desk is a peach; she was very professional and so willing to help in any way.
The suite I booked had two rooms and the one A/C unit was not strong enough to cool both rooms, so maintenance brought a fan to the room to help with the heat in the bedroom area. After a couple of days we had to be moved to a better room with a newer A/C unit. The carpets were filthy...so bad that if you walked from the couch to the bathroom, your feet were black with dirt. The front desk staff was a bit uninformed. I asked for cooking pans and utensils for the kitchenette and was told they did not provide those things. After one week of being here, I found out that they DO provide cooking items (after buying a pan and cooking utensils). After all of these issues, the management is nonexistent and I finally got to speak with the manager after a week of daily messages. The only reason I was able to speak with him is because the front desk lady called him on the phone and handed the phone to me.
Ants in the restroom
Friendly staff and very helpful. Rooms that have stayed in have always been clean.
Air conditioner wasn't strong.
I liked the small kitchen.
The computer in the lobby didn't work and the pool was too small.
Location, location and location.... good breakfast.
Carpet in room was not cleaned. Always had to wash my feet. Do you have a carpet cleaning program? My last day of service there was to top sheet. Would be nice to see your staff with some kind of uniform. wi-fi
Rooms were clean and the pool very nice.
Both soda machines didn't work...took my money. And when I went to go to the pool with my kids there was a drunk Indian lady peeing between the vending machines with her little girl standing guard. Very disturbing.
Didn't honor Booking.com's rate. $57 reservation cost $88 with $ 10 pet fee & $3 "service fee". Furniture worn out, appliances in kitchen nook probably from 60's. Paint in bathroom looks like it was done by a drunk. Owner obviously has no pride in his property.
The pool stays open till 11.
The beds were comfortable
d of room was under repair painting, the room smelled of urine from allowing aniamls. When I checked out I requested a bill, the had no toner to print out receipt. They said they would email me. when I arrived home fro two days I requested a bill via email, they said they did it, but I never received it.
The location south of Tempe was good. They had a hot breakfast--scrambled eggs, sausage, and waffles to make, plus cereal and toast.
The bed was too soft for our taste. The breakfast was adequate, but items (like decaf coffee) were not replaced quickly enough given the large number of guests. There were lots of noisy college students who had come to the area for a triathalon meet. Another time might be different. The parking lot is rather narrow for a large van like ours. The motel suffered from some delayed maintenance. For example, there was a missing tile on the elevator floor.
I liked location only
The rooms are too olds carpet too derty two dead roaches in the bathroom,I ask for light bulbs in the bath room they changed after 24 hours.
The breakfast was great! I really enjoyed the food.
I woke up late and called the front desk to ask for an additional 20-30 mins to get dressed, packed, and feed my 10 week old baby. I was told if I was not out by noon they would escort me off te property. I worked at a 4 diamond hotel and we would never treat a guest like that! I understand being sold out and needing the room to be cleaned asap. But check in wasn't until 4pm anyways and I just needed a few more minutes to pack up and leave. So so Rude!
Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean.
Decor and facilities dated and in need of repair. Elevator has marble mosaic floor that was broken with lots of sharp edges. The plexiglass that surrounded the elevator was broken in many areas.
They did move us from one totally unacceptable room to another mediocre room. Location is excellent but property needs a lot of work. Breakfast was adequate but cleanliness definitely an issue.
Rooms are very run down including furniture and rooms. Cleanliness is a real issue from furniture, carpets, etc.
Carpet was badly stained - stove was broken (burners missing)
Quiet room. One front desk lady did give a boy a bottle of pepsi who lost his money in soda veding machine. Nice gesture.
Front desk person could not explain the $3.00 energy service charge. Front desk personnel wearing street clothes, no uniform shirts gives impression of lower rated hotel. Front desk personel not overly friendly, got the feeling they where there to just put in an eight hour day.
Pool was not heated. No towels at the pool or our room one day ! Breakfast kinda sucked.
Carpets were so dirty I had to wear flip flops I keep them from getting black dirt. A/C was from 1980. Hotel did not have enough towels to keep in guest rooms and pool. Were told they were short and washing them! Couch was dirty. Had to put a sheet over it to sit. Dirty.
location of hotel and great breakfast and a very comfortable relaxing environment
