the room was nice and the indoor pool

it only had one elevator that was very slow and we had to call to get toliet paper we could not get extra towels

Was there as part of educational group - this motel was their choice and was accessible to our needs

there was nothing particular that we didn't like - was a typical motel room - staff handled our needs well.

Convenient to I 75 as we passed by. Very clean & breakfast was great. The staff was very friendly & made our stay pleasant. We had driven to Florida from Illinois and this was the perfect place to take a break.

Despite the few incidents I encountered with the staff, the hotel overall was clean and comfortable. Although the price was right, I doubt we would again stay at the hotel, which is unfortunate. We have family in the Valdosta area and visit often.

I booked the hotel online 2 MONTHS before I intended to stay. At that time, I requested a cot in the room (I have a family of 5, 3 small children). On the day we planned to arrive, I called to confirm and to verify that a cot would be placed in the room. At that time, I was told that the room we selected did not have space for a cot. I stated that there were 5 people staying in the room for almost a week; what were my options? The person at the desk had no response. Upon checking in, I asked if I could upgrade to a larger room because I really needed a place for children to sleep. I was told that there is a larger room, but THE HOTEL ONLY HAS ONE COT, AND SOMEONE ELSE REQUESTED IT. Since I had requested the cot two months earlier, I doubted that someone requested it before I did. I again asked, "It's Christmas; I made the reservations two months in advance, and I have 3 young children. We are staying for a week. What am I supposed to do?" The clerk behind the counter actually shrugged her shoulders! At that point, I asked if housekeeping could bring extra pillows/blankets to my room so that I could make a bed on the floor. The girl behind the counter said that she was all alone, so I'd have to carry the blankets and pillows up to my 5th floor room. She then piled my arms with pillows and blankets. At no time during my stay was I ever offered the cot. After the first night, my family purchased an air mattress for my son to sleep on. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT MY REQUEST FOR A COT WAS NOT ACKNOWLEDGED EARLY ON. If someone had contacted me when I first booked the room and made the request back in OCTOBER, I probably would have reserved a larger room. The way the situation was handled was very disappointing. Also, there were days when our room was not cleaned. We would leave in the morning, only to return at night to a room with unmade beds and wet towels in the bathroom.

My wife and I travel to Florida each winter and have stayed at this hotel several times! Location, comfort and ease of entering from 1-75 is great! The breakfast provided was delicious...right down to the fresh fruit and boiled eggs! We will most definitely return again.

Our reservation through "Booking.com" could not be found and we had to question our bill. This matter was cleared up after speaking with the Manager. I would recommend making reservations as they don't always accept book coupons.

The location is handy to 75 & a good stopping point enroute to FL.

We reserved two rooms, one was a suite where we could visit with each other. When we arrived there was no suite available, even though we had comfirmed the reservation the night before. I was greatly disappointed that our plans were changed, even though we did everything in our power to ensure the proper reservation by comfirming by phone the night before our arrival. Our entire agenda changed because we relied on the availablility of the suite to accomodate our time together with family.

I found everyone to be very friendly and the staff were always willing to help in any way they could. The buffet breakfast was excellent and the choice of food was very good.

Staff very nice. Hotel was very clean. I felt safe during my stay. I have added Country Inn and Suites to my preferred Hotel picks!

The staff was friendly and the beds were super comfortable and the free Breakfast was outstanding! I could have stayed at a cheaper hotel but the security and welcoming staff made the extra money worth while. My daughter graduated and with all the stress of that made my stay so comfortable and relaxing.

The pool could have been warmer and to have an hotel that nice please please invest in another elevator!

Breakfast was excellent. It was peaceful and quiet. The pool. A refrigerator, coffee pot and mircowave in the room.

The microwave had to remain unplugged when not in use. It kept beeping.
