it was clean and quaint. Parking close by, comfortable beds and pillows, helpful staff at the main desk and excellent breakfast. Real fruit ( and GOOD/fresh bananas!) with fresh bagels, orange juice , and oatmeal, We were delighted.

After the previous days cleaning the second morning I did not have enough cream & sugar for coffee in the room. The third morning there was none at all left from the previous day cleaning.

It was quiet, so we were able to sleep without interruptions. The staff were extremely helpful and amenable to our needs. We participated in the Eugene Women's Half Marathon and were able to extend our check-out time for another hour. This was really helpful! Thank you!

Queen beds in the double rooms. Only one tiny mirror in the room, over the bathroom sink, and if you were under 5'4" you could only see from your nose up. Had to stand on the edge of the bathtub to see from the chest up. Bathroom floors were not clean. Parking configuration was horrible, the spaces were so close in some cases the driver could not enter on the driver's side, had to climb in from the right side of the car...... room way overpriced.

near downtown Eugene the tv channel list was incorrect, and foundout that tv supplier had changed and there was no list for the current vendor.

Convenient location. Wifi was being worked on, didn't work after password was changed and we weren't informed. Login was a nightmare and a waste of precious time. Bedside lamp didn't work.

They were very friendly and accomodating. The rooms were chilly for me and then I thought that I was getting a smoking room per the internet and when I got there they said none of there rooms were smoking rooms. Plus the Continential Breakfast wasn't really a continental breakfast as it described on the internet. But it worked out after all thanks so much, for everything.

The price is good (except on U of O football weekends (!). The rooms have a small refrigerator and a microwave. The location is good for my needs. My mattress is not the comfort and quality that I would like. When I stay here (for business) I always have an ache on my left side. That area hurts, and I have just realized that this is the case... My ache on my left side (mid-back) now stays with me longer after I have stopped sleeping on this mattress at Courtesy Inn...

The price was right and the location was close to our destination. The room was clean and comfortable and we had a pleasant stay. The continental breakfast ran out quickly and nothing was left by the time we came to eat.

I came from Seattle with my daughter for a funeral. The staff allowed us to check in early so we could change before going to our event. It was comfortable and quiet. We left very early the next morning. no waste basket in the bathroom.
