Had a very late check in due to plane delays and had no problem checking in. Beds were nice, room was clean, area was quiet.
clean fridge and microwave
easy to find, inexpensive, nice flowers around the property, nice young lady who checked us in, fridge & microwave.
wi-fi didn't seem to reach our room, non-opening window and whenever the a/c went off, the fan went off so it was a little stifling. Curtains & door opened RIGHT onto the walkway -- walking by, could see other people in their beds. Still, definitely worth what we paid for it.
15 min from airport, room nicely arranged, frig and microwave were clean, tv worked ok.
The place was Dirty. Dirty toilet seat, dirty blanket, dirty floor (except in the very middle of the floors). The sheets were clean, the pad under them was not. I slept in my own sleepsac, but i found a place to launder it the next day... Would NOT stay here again. Due to flight delays, i had checked in late and was exhausted, or might have asked for someone to come clean and change the bedding.
I liked the size of the room and location.
I didnt like the blood stains, glow in the dark graffiti all over the walls or the smell.
Is the nastiest dirtiest place I've ever stayed at....
This was the cheapest hotel in the region, by far. Everything was reasonably comfortable. If all you want is a bed to sleep in overnight, Courtesy Inn is an excellent choice. Free Wi-Fi worked in certain parts of the room. The shower was very powerful and had plenty of hot water.
There is A LOT of mold growing around the shower trim. There is a good 1/8" of grime around the edges of the room where the vacuum cleaner couldn't reach. Clearly nothing other than vacuuming has been done to the rug in the past several years.
Clean rooms, comfortable beds, close to attractions. Amazing value for cost.
The outside looks dingy, but that doesn't reflect the inside of the rooms.
Good people and service
Room looked terrible, not at all a good location to be in either.
Good channels. Movies.
Souffle run down.
It was cheap, again, the price is just about right.
Did not have hot water in my parents room, good thing we only stayed overnight/
easy late night check in
room was not clean looking at all, curtains were barely hanging on rod with many missing hooks and they were very dirty, looked as if all units were like that, couldn't shower, handles just spun but no water, sink had noodles in the drain which basicly clogged it, pop machine was empty of all selections, mattress sagged in the middle, this truly was the worst & nastiest, motel I have ever stayed at ! their online pics of rooms were totally misleading!
It didn't smell and there was a little fridge in the unit.
At first check in I mentioned there was a big hole in the moldy shower curtain, staff promised to replace it right away. Not replaced or cleaned on Friday, Saturday, nor Sunday! When a neighbor closes their door hard the whole room shakes with a loud "BOOM" like the walls are coming down or we might be under artillery fire. Exterior walls, window, and door are extremely thin and heard loud cars and people yelling until very late at night. Bed was hard but also incredibly squeaky. Not a good night's sleep to be found here. Will not patronize again.
Not far from Portland center, but little traffic. Convenient for touring the Columbia river gorge. Some rooms have fridge and microwave.
Poor maintenance. The first room looked fine, but the management could not get the flat screen TV to work. The second room (where I stayed) had a working TV, but an old one. It was missing a fridge. Both rooms had lights that were not working. Nearby noisy train track.
very basic hotel unit; clean and comfortable. All I needed was a place to sleep for a night and this room worked well for that. Couldn't beat the price.
It is very close to a freight railroad line and some people may not like that.
The room was dirty and smelled very bad. The furniture dusty and broken. There was a tick layer ice in the fridge and a long black hair frozen into the ice. In the bed, on the pillow also hair - disgusting. The shower curtain was torn and the bathroom fan did not work. Don't go there!
Really low quality from the badly kept bathrooms to the sheets with cigarette burns in them and it was a smoke free room.
Convenient to Portland's attractions and close to the airport. Very cheap, so you sort of get what you pay for.
Very run down facilities, many strange stains in the bathtub, dirty towels and all sort of unpleasantries. Given the choice, would definitely stay somewhere else.
Can't beat the cost (only around 50 bucks a night after taxes) and the rooms are very clean and even have flatscreen TV's in some of the room's...,plus full Comcast digital cable with HBO with on demand. Anyhow, great deal. : )
Don't feel comfortable with the location of the inn (not feeling safe) and the smell of the room.
The bed was comfortable and I had a good night's rest the five nights I was there. The motel is family run and they were accomodating to me as a customer.
