Location, comfort of the beds.

First room was dirty,q-tips and flossers left in dirty drawers,coffee pot and area dirty,dirt and dust bunny's all over the floor and behind beds. Towels dirty looking and did not have a fresh small, doors light fixtures and plugins dirty, all cloths drawers dusty and spots of dirt. Bathroom counter had dry coffee stains on counter, floor dirty. So reluctantly and with attitude she gave us a new room. And when she came to reclean the floor she used a wet towel and broom to push the rag around. This was the second room with dirty floors and pretty much the problem like the first room. Pool was dirty jacuzzi was broke the 3 days we were there and black meldew around edges of jacuzzi. Tables out side were not clean, bbq was filthy and full of grease,weeds coming up threw the cracks of concrete. I should of left cause even the front desk and owner were rude never smiled or came out of back office to greet anyone. Just to take our money and leave again. But we stayed and I sanitized the room with soap and water.

There were tiny flies in the bathroom sink flying around.

I like the no carpet, the cleanliness. One item was a drip from the shower faucet. Also the basin faucet was loose. Everything else fine. This is the second time at this location, because we visit our son for the holidays, lives just outside King City.

There is nothing to dislike of the Courtesy Inn.

They are still on daylight time on december! wake up was an hour early. The lock to the room was broken.

The lady at checked me in was exceptionally friendly. Even though I checked in several hours before the scheduled check-in time since I didn't know when I'd be returning to the hotel that evening they had no problem assigning me a room and giving me a Card Key. The Suite I had was spacious and quite comfortable. While the room next to me had been remodeled, mine was one of that, while clean, still showed where the chairs had rubbed against walls and some of the furniture showed wear/scratches/chips. On several occasions during my stay I could smell (although mildly) the cleaning solutions used to clean the room upon opening the door to enter the room. I received fresh towel daily and when I asked for extra wash clothes there were always extra left in my room.

I'll admit the pillows were a bit hard/flat ~ but when you're accustomed to sleeping on feather pillows, anything else isn't the same. Only real thing I could complain about was the laundry facilities as the equipment was old and there were was only 2 washers and 2 dryers. However since one washer and one dryer were out of order ... I went to the laundramat across the freeway.

the price was okay

everything in room like showers, shower head, tub was not cleaned well. Lots of rust and dirt build up. Continental breakfast was awful. Food was stale and not a nice variety. Staff was not friendly or helpful.

I really appreciated the quietness of the room, the friendly staff and how clean the room was for the price. The bed was very comfortable and very spacious. The room offered cable tv, a microwave, refrigertor and coffee pot. I would diferently stay there again.

I was wanting a comfortable and quiet place to rest after a long bike ride event. Booking's price made it feasible for my unemployed pocket. Thank you to both of you.

There was lack of attention to details by housekeeping, ie, my first stay the prior guest had taken the guest guide and coffee cups. They were still missing so I improvised the cup but did without the information in the guest guide (TV channel list). I should have asked the front desk about it as I did for the ice bucket. My second stay on the way home was wonderful.

The hotel was close to everything we needed....the coffee shop, fast food restaurants and gas station. Our room had been remodeled and the extra sitting area was a nice touch. We would definitely stay there again.

The room didn't have enough towels but we were able to get more.

This motel has very attractive and very large rooms with microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. For $59/night the deluxe king was a deal. That being said, the pool was a bit murky, unheated, and there were cigarette butts everywhere (a good cleaning is in order around the pool). Also, the matresses are covered with plastic matress pads so the sheets slip off all night, the pillows are completely flat, and the shower water was just luke-warm. I would stay again because of the price, but it's not a 5-star, by any means!

Housekeeping need to clean a bit better. Found sunflower seeds behind chair and a dead spider. There was a hole in the waland the refrigerator and microwave should not be in the bathroom

Easy check in even though it was late. (11Pm) Room was very clean and comfortable, and it was quiet.

It was newely remodeled and clean. The room size was good and there was a nice sitting area. We had 2 rooms. For the value it was a great room.

My parents stayed in one and my husband, daughter and I stayed in another. My bed was hard as a rock but my parents bed was more comfortable. So i guess it's a toss up.

We requested NON-SMOKING and UPPER-FLOOR at the time of booking, but the reception claimed that this information was not passed onto the hotel. The breakfast was better than expected.

All facilities and furnishings were good for the price-range, but the toilet-seat needed to be replaced badly! We were told that all toilets will be replaced within the forseeable future. We would NOT retrun to this hotel unless the toilet have been replaced.

THe food available nearby was poor and limited. The coffee shop next door was actively bad and Keefer's has gone downhill. My husband who normally hates fast food, opted for Carl's for dinner rather than V'S (next door) or Lawrence's (at Keefer's) as we had eaten there the night before and for breakfast. When he eats at a fast food "joint" the restaurants must be truly horrid. While the motel was just fine and a great price, the nearby food was a real turn off and we will most likely stay elsewhere in the future/ That is a shame as it is not the fault of the motel.

I was charged an extra 10 bucks for utilities. The room was dusty. The sheets had stains.

no iron and ironing board in room. had to get one from the front desk.

The suites are roomy and I really like the motion detection on the lights when all the lights are off. They work like a night light and I can navigate in the dark w/out having to turn a light on.

The breakfast is not much of a breakfast....

Check on staff helpful especially when booking.com apparently couldn't send my reservation over.

Lukewarm water at hottest setting in bath. Hole cut in wall behind TV with no plate, just plastic stuffed inside. Coffee machine plate appeared corroded. Luggage holder had 2 ripped straps. Stale bagels at continental breakfast. Floor not completely swept. Chipped paint on one wall -- less of an issue if they didn't have "newly renovated" everywhere. Tub faucet leaked and fixtures appeared old and used.
