I got almost heart-attack when I found a roach crawling on the table below TV. It was in the middle of winter in New York. So dirty and noisy!
The Price is little bit expensive I hope they low the price then i will be happy and come again to this place
The Room is clean and the bed was comfortable also the wifi is fast I didn't try the free breakfast so I can't give my review about it
I loved how clean the room was and that it didn't smell like smoke. I loved the stay.
the fact that it was so close to the bridge and the traffic going to and from the bridge took our sales representative 1.5 hours to get to his destination only, by google map standards, 12 minutes away.
cleaning, dirty bathroom
The location, the breakfast
matresses were too firm...
It was too far from Manhatten, and if you haven't got car it is very complicated to go here.
Very limited parking and no siting area for continental breakfast.
It was clean and the staff was friendly, good place for the price. The location was excellent.
I will never advise anyone to stay in this motel. I had a terrible experience in there. I went out for breakfast and getting back to my room the door to my room won't open. We spent over one hour trying to open this door and motel staf all new the lock was bad and yet I was giving this room. I almost miss my flight. Nothing is right about this motel. I will rather sleep on the street next time than staying in that horrible place again. Be warned don't ever book this motel.
Nothing is good about this motel, believe me.
difficult to turn back to hotel from manhattan
easy to pass manhattan
The design. Very old and bates hotelish....looked like the setting of a horrible crime....rooms weren't aired...smelled old....had old hairs in the sheets and shower...heat wasn't controlled in the room...then the heater was broke...
I liked that they put me in the back...that was courteous...didn't run into any bed bugs...digital cable
that it didn't have a microwave
that it was very clean
This place is old and run down shower was busted and the floors and towels still had someone else's hair in them.
STAFF TAKE THE TIME GET YOU WHAT YOU NEED
Could clean up outside around the office and rooms. Ask the mother and father of kids to hold the noise down because others need their rest.
The price, staff.
Everything else. Photos are misleading. Sign in the lobby says "$45 per hour or $65 for night". I paid $100 through booking dot nah and then got recharged for $115 when I got there! BAD place. Guys trying to break into our room 2 times! Cops looking through cars for fellons when we woke up, seemed like the usual. If you need to teach your 11 year old daughter what a transgender is, go here. Pay a bit more for Doubletree, right next door. Has a secure parking lot and well lit walkways and you can't enter the hotel without a hotel key.
When you pull into the parking lot the buildings are very old, dirty, and look unstable. The main office small but when you talk to the person at the desk, theres a window like its been robbed before. Didn`t seem safe. The halls outside smelled like urine. I would never stay here again.
The room was the only thing I felt comfortable in. It was somewhat clean. The breakfast was ok.
Helpful staff, nice clean rooms . They are not excellent but after a long day of visiting different sites you do get comfurt in sleeping there.
Spare change in bed, exterior appearance, hairs in bathroom, breakfast setup was late
beside highway, hard to reach.
good bed, clear,
There were massive cockroaches in our room. We didn't expect anything amazing since we were paying close to nothing. However, it made staying there very uncomfortable for us. When the staff came to clean the room again, they couldn't really speak english either, and gave us a different answer every time we asked if the bug was out of our room. They then sprayed down the entire room with pesticides for us to breathe in all night.
The staff was polite and it was in an easy to find location.
Could only go One way on street, had to go several blocks to be able to turn and go back to motel.
Staff was nice but room had minium needs. Wall were very thin, could hear both voice and tv from next room. Room was clean. Could get a shuttle into New York City by walking two blocks.
The helpful staff, esp Sara and Kaia( sp)
