Room was clean comfortable. Well lighted. All amenities worked well. Located close to airport. My sister and I were traveling from az to bury our mother in Bethlehem. Arrived after long flight, around 7pm. Check-in clerk turned us away saying we only had one room, despite our showing him a Booking.com confirmation showing two rooms. The clerk claimed the Booking.com booking number was not a valid confirmation for Courtyard. He sneered, "That's what happens when you book through a third party." After initially leaving, I returned, got another clerk who read the Booking.com confirmation correctly and checked us in. They charged my credit card $350 fee/person on check-in, despite the fact that they had a copy of our charge card. Never happened before to me. This is a problem, becuse if the credit card charge period closes before they reverse the charge, I have to pay $750 extra. Not so easyto reverse the charge, I found out.

Our room was super clean! While there my husband was sick, and the night staff (don't remember her name) and made sure I had what I needed for him. Most appreciated. What I didn't like is I left my phone charger there. I have placed a call to retrieve it, waiting for a call back. My fault!

The hotel looked either new or newly renovated. Liked the idea of a cafe style place to eat right in the lobby, but the service was slow at the time we came downstairs and 3 other families were ahead of us in line. Delay to order breakfast.
