Staff was welcoming and helpful. Very convenient to Reagan International Airport. Ability to catch very early morning shuttle (5:05 am) was great.

Pool. We called shuttle and shuttle never showed up twice. Expensive food at Starbucks in hotel. 2.29 for a bagel? 22.00 a day to park a car.

I liked he shuttle to and from the metro rail I didn't like that the bathroom in my room, had very poor drainage, the shower and sink pooled with water, and was disgusting to me.

Safe location Close to the metro to get around Good places to eat near by Hotel shuttle was available to take us to locations near by. Good gym The hotel resturant was a bit pricey.

Staff was good. No hot tub yet it was advertised on the website,,poor variety of food,,my room had a problem of over flow in the drain with the shower,,the hours of the pool during the week were very limited..ice cream was out of date At the market at the counter.

Clean room in Crystal City, as we expected, I liked it. Parking is not 16$ but 22$ per night. And its good to know that in weekend public parking is for free.

New breakfast set up is so much better!shuttle to metro and airport made up for somewhat remote location. Good value with breakfast included. Exercise room was clean and nice. Overall extremely pleased.

O hotel tem ótima relação custo benefício, apartamento muito bom e funcionários muito educados. Boas opções no café da manhã. Apesar do hotel oferecer o serviço de traslado até a estação de metrô próxima, o hotel fica 20 minutos do mall e opções para compras e alimentação. O estacionamento do hotel é caro, em comparação com o estacionamento exatamente ao lado do hotel.

The best aspect were 2 of your staff - one hotel clerk was very friendly, and the other was the shuttle driver - very friendly and nice to guests. The other hotel clerks would have given this a much worse review, if I had not encountered the 2 friendly staff. The other is the great fitness room and a real bonus is the laundry facility, I also liked the pool. The parking situation was confusing. And as I said in previous statement, the front desk clerks (except the one friendly person) would have made me not recommend this hotel to anyone

Gute Ausstattung und einigermaßen leise trotz Nähe zum Flughafen, d.h. kein Fluglärm, dafür aber Lärmisolierung der Hoteltüren verbesserungsfähig. Mageres Essensangebot im Hotel. Sandwitches zum Frühstück, Mittag und Abend.
