Nice amenities. Superior service at front desk. Nice lounge. : )
Cracks in bathroom tile. Light, funky smell in room----due to being a slightly older property?
The Bed was very comfortable
Clean and up to date.
You are stuck with your neighbors. No matter how much you pay or how nice or how clean it is, there will be people with no respect for others. On this particular evening, we had to put up with three hoards of drunks. A set at midnight, 2 am and lastly at 4am. Others beat us to the punch and were in the hallway having words with them. This only resulted in fest of door knocking and door slamming on and off for the rest of the night. Courtyard by Marriott, I've wasted my money.
Nice clean rooms, the size is lovely. The staff is always courteous. The price you pay makes you feel like you get a lot more.
Upon checking out this last time I wasn't thrilled as the receptionist acted like it was too hard to give me my sky miles ! So I didn't bother
Staff were always helpful and courteous. Good facilities and clean.
Not the easiest of hotels to find, needed more signage.
The rooms were very clean and the beds were super comfortable! The location was just outside of center town, but convenient to get there.
Close to interstate and downtown. Fresh linen etc. Desk help was very cordial.
Bath room to small and tub very uncomfortable and uneven. Wash room needs door from bed room. No continental breakfast and the breakfast there was to expensive for the amount. Location very difficult to find.
Lots of towels and clean room,my son loved the pool as i loved the hot tub. breakfast was fast and good. Liked how we were able to get coffee and tea @ 11:00 p.m.
The front desk staff was helpful at check-in with giving directions to local attractions.
There were blood stains on the sheets when we arrived. This was changed by housekeeping the next day and were able to sleep in the second bed as we had a double room. I had a rash from the sheets. I asked the front desk if we could have hypoallergenic sheets for our second night and they refused saying we had to make arrangements prior to check-in. Our room also had various items under the bed (used liquid medicine bottle caps and lotion tops) that did not belong to us. The assistant manager was apologetic at check-out.
Location was optimum for shopping, eating and seeing the sites. Quiet.
Lady who checked us in was very rude and unfriendly. However, the day clerk was excellent and made up for the initial greeting. No adjoining rooms.
Me and my wife was staying here at the end of February, and I most say they went above and beyond to make us comfortable. We ask for some special request not all was fulfilled but that was fine, but they give us a bigger room and we was thankful for that. So, we appreciate this hotel for making our stay wonderful while in town. Beds was comfortable, the bistro was good, and the rooms was clean. The guest service(especially Toni) made it great!! Thanks!
